Stainless steel lined flange cover (European system) HG 20602—97 1 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the type, size, technical requirements and relevant use regulations of stainless steel lined flange cover (European system). This standard is applicable to stainless steel lined flange cover with nominal pressure PNo.6MPa (6bar) ~ 4.0MPa (40bar). Note: This standard is applicable to vacuum environment. In addition to the technical requirements for fusion welding, this standard is also applicable to flanges made of other metal materials that can be fusion welded with carbon steel. The selection is in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 and Chapter 8 of HG20592. 3.0.2 The applicable pressure and diameter range of various sealing surface types of stainless steel lined flange covers shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.0.2. The bottom layer welding materials for fillet welding and plug welding holes should be selected according to the transition layer welding rod of HG20581, and the bottom layer welding materials should be selected according to the cover layer welding rod according to the provisions of Table 5.0.2. The fillet weld angle height is equal to the peripheral thickness of the lining layer, and the plug weld should be full. After the cold explosion, the compressed air with a pressure not less than 0.1MPa should be passed through for inspection. Other sizes of inspection holes can also be opened according to the manufacturing conditions. 5.0.4 The limit deviation of the lining layer thickness 1 is -11nm. 135 6 Maximum non-impact working pressure The nominal pressure of the lined single flange cover and the maximum non-impact working pressure at different temperatures shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG20604 according to the flange cover material category. The service temperature limit of the stainless steel lined flange cover shall not exceed 350℃. 7 Fastener length The length of the fasteners (bolts and screws) used (according to the provisions of HG 20613 Xie Lu A. Matching regulations The matching of the lined flange cover, the seal and the fasteners shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG20614. Marking example The marking of the lined flange cover shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG20592.
