This standard is a revision of IB2650-79 "Types and sizes of large AC motor collector rings and brush holders". JB265079 was first promulgated and implemented in 1979 and reviewed and confirmed in September 1987. This revision is based on the standard confirmed in 1987, and mainly makes the following 5 changes:
1 The original standard name "Types and sizes of large AC motor collector rings and brush holders" was changed to "Large AC motor collector rings and brush holders". 2. Change the 2nd article of the first chapter of the original standard to the 3.2nd article of the current standard, and change the content to "…type and size are generally in accordance with…" "collector rings are generally connected\
3. Correct the marking errors in Figures 1, 2 and 3 of the original standard4. Change the 5th article of the second chapter of the original standard to the 4.1st article of the current standard, change "JB2359-79" to "GB/T[2351\, change \surface coating and painting shall be in accordance with JB/Z88--75 electroplating net of tropical electrical products and JB/Z90-75 tropical electrical products respectively. The regulations for the painting of products are changed to "the coating and painting of the decay surface shall comply with the relevant regulations of Taiwan" 5. Table A1 in Appendix A is changed to a linear table.

3 Types and dimensions

3.4The installation dimensions of the brush holder on the seat bearing shall be in accordance with Figure 1, Figure 3 and Table 3. Table 3

3.5The thread accuracy grade in this standard is all grade 6. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 When the collector ring and brush holder are used in tropical pool areas, they shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12351, and the surface coating and painting shall comply with relevant regulations. 4.2 The brush support adopts the HZ12 type in JB/2361, and the size of the brush t×a is 32×25. When the brush box material is a gold fan, the top of the brush should be insulated to prevent damage caused by current flowing through the constant pressure spring. 4.3 The coaxiality tolerance between the outer circle of the collector ring and the inner circle of the bracket shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. Note: If the outer circle of the Huadian ring needs to be processed after it is installed in the motor, the coaxiality between the outer circle of the collector ring and the rotating shaft should be assessed. 4.4 Insulating partitions should be added between the conductive plates of the brush holder to prevent accidents such as short circuits. 4.5 The surfaces of various insulating parts should be smooth, without protrusions and flash. The surfaces that have been cut must be treated with insulating paint dip and baking. The plastic parts used for ground insulation should be sealed with negative resin before the collector ring can be installed. 4.6 Insulation level: The collector ring and brush holder are both Class B. 4.7 Operating voltage: The collector ring and brush holder for Shangbu motors are below 500V, and the collector ring and brush holder for asynchronous motors are below 1500V. 4.8 See Appendix A for the applicable speed of the collector ring
5 Test method
5.1 After the collector ring is assembled and processed, it should be subjected to the AC insulation dielectric strength test to ground. The test time is 1min: Test voltage (effective value) is as follows:
Synchronous motor collector ring: not less than 4500V
Asynchronous motor collector ring: 2+2500V (for unidirectional rotating motors) or 4Ug+2500V (for forward and reverse rotating motors) Where: x

5.2 If other test items are required in the motor technical conditions, the test methods shall be in accordance with the relevant technical documents. 4
