Its structure has two types of prestressed (Y type) and non-prestressed (W type) assembled as a whole, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. Sieve plate B-2.20×0.50×1330×408×40YJB/T2447 Technical requirements The screen plate shall comply with the requirements of this standard and shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1 4.2 The working surface of the screen plate shall be flat and smooth, and the height difference between the working surfaces of each screen bar shall not exceed 0.3mm. 4.3 The surface roughness of the screen plate is 1% 4.4 The length deviation, width deviation and two diagonal errors of the screen plate after assembly shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. If there is no certificate of conformity, the screen plate manufacturer should inspect the raw materials and only qualified ones can be used. 5.2The height difference between the working surfaces of each screen bar of the screen plate is measured with a depth gauge with a scale value of 0.05mm. It should be measured at 10 places close to the axis of the rod, and the 10 places should be evenly distributed. 5.3The roughness of the working surface of the screen plate is visually compared with the roughness sample. 5.4 The length and width deviation of the screen plate and the error of the two diagonals are measured with a steel tape measure with a scale value of 1mm. 5.5 The screen gap of the screen plate is measured in three parts on the screen surface with a feeler gauge or a reading microscope. Each part should be evenly distributed on the screen surface. When the screen gap is less than or equal to 1.5mm, 100 screen gaps are measured continuously in each part. When the screen gap is greater than 1.5mm, 50100 gaps are measured continuously in each part. 6 Inspection rules The screen plate should be inspected before delivery, and the items are as follows: a. The raw materials of the screen plate should have a quality certificate from the supplier or a physical and chemical test record of the raw materials by the manufacturer: The height difference between the working surfaces of the screen bars of the screen plate should meet the requirements of Article 4.2; b. The roughness of the working surface of the screen plate should meet the requirements of Article 4.3; The length and width deviation of the screen plate and the error of the two diagonals should meet the requirements of Table 2: d. The screen gap of the screen plate should meet the requirements of Table 3. 6.2 The user has the right to accept the product according to this standard. The acceptance shall be carried out by one or two sampling plans, which shall comply with the provisions of GB2828. 7.1 7.1.1 The product shall have a product certificate, which includes: a. Product name; Product model; Factory date or production date; Inspection date and inspector's stamp; Manufacturer name The surface of the product outer packaging shall be marked with: Receiving station name, receiving unit; Shipping station name, shipping number; Product name, quantity, specifications; Manufacturer name. 7.2 JB/T244792 7.2.1 The outer packaging of the product can be made of wooden boxes or other packaging materials. 7.2.2 Each outer package must be accompanied by a product certificate. 7.3 Transportation and storage 7.3.1 Rain and moisture-proof measures should be taken during transportation. 7.3.2 It should be stored in a dry and non-corrosive place. 8 Manufacturing guarantee 8.1 The manufacturer should ensure that the product meets the requirements of this standard when it leaves the factory. 8.2 If the user complies with the transportation, installation and reasonable use rules, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing the screen plate if it is damaged or cannot be used normally within 6 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer and within 3 months of use.
