The full standard is a revision of 2B902990 single-sex quick coupling. The difference between this standard and 2B19029:90 is that the force transmission nozzle is changed to symmetrical distribution, the pin hole length is improved, the working temperature range is expanded to 30-+120, the nominal non-[0000-3150000N·m is reduced, and the coupling with brake wheel is deleted. Appendix A coupling solution selection instructions: This standard is a replacement for ZDJ19029-90. This standard was proposed and drafted by the National Machinery Auxiliary and Accessory Standardization Technical Committee of the State Council. The drafting units of this standard are: Mechanical Science Research Institute, Zhandu Xinxing Ji Machinery Co., Ltd., and the main drafters of this standard are: Zhou Mingheng, Li Hongbo. The enterprise standard was issued for the first time in September 1990.

This standard defines the types and parameters, technical requirements, test rules, specifications, packaging and storage of LK and LKA quick couplings (hereinafter referred to as couplings).
This standard is used to connect two coaxial transmission systems with large torque or impact: it is a coupling with fixed compensation for the displacement of two independent leaves, with good buffering performance, working temperature of -30-+120℃ and a nominal torque of [0000-31300N·m]. 2 Reference standards

5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each coupling shall be inspected before shipment in accordance with the requirements of this standard and with samples approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 Each coupling shall be inspected by the manufacturer. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each coupling shall be inspected before it is shipped according to the requirements of this standard and the sample approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 Each coupling shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer's product quality inspection department, and shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate before it can be shipped! 5.3 During batch production: the manufacturer and the user department shall negotiate the price, marking, packaging and transportation.
