QB/T1249—2004
This standard is a revision of the industry standard QB/T1249-10 01&Notice on the revision of QB/T1903-1993 and QB/T1904-1993. The main technical differences between this standard and QB/T1249-1991, QB/T1903-1993 and QB/T1404-1993 are as follows: 1. In the requirements, the technical performance of the product is adjusted accordingly (Chapter 5): the product is equipped with a mechanical mechanism and an additional automatic winding structure. The standard is expressed in sections (Sections 5 to 6); the product's resistance to external forces is increased (Section A2); the requirements for the mark "chain watch" are increased (Section 5.9); the requirements for the flow resistance of the product and its components are increased (Section 5.12); the product oil sample is adjusted according to the product characteristics (Section 7). Appendix A, Appendix B, and Appendix C of this standard are all normative standards issued by the China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Clock and Watch Standardization Center in Shenzhen The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Ye, Xiao Shui, Lin Hai, Lu Shi, etc. The previous versions replaced by this standard are: GD4033-1987, QD/T1249-1991, QH/T1903-1993, QB/T 1904—1993.
This standard is implemented on behalf of the light industry standards QB1249.-191&PX1911 issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry, QB/1903-1993 and QB/T1904—1993 mechanical watches. 1 Scope

The calendar mechanism, calendar change, calendar indication or quick-change mechanism should be reliable: the change quality should be sufficient, the calendar should not be changed, the wrong change or incorrect display should be left; the calendar and the pointer should not be moved according to the calendar time. 2.2.2 Calendar change indicator
When the calendar change is completed, the indicated time is within ±15mm: the early quick calendar is allowed to slip for 5h. The F should be within "24" [5 in 24h.
4.2.3 Low energy calendar change performance
When the full spring reaches the specified time, the calendar can be changed. Table 4. 1. The calendar should be replaced by a staff member. Note: A.2.4 Appearance: The calendar window should be straight and clear without any skewing. ... The calendar display difference
is used for the calendar inspection for three H periods, and the results should meet the requirements of A.2.2. .4.3.3 Low energy calendar performance
After the watch is wound up, it is left empty for 6 hours, and the actual walking is 306. The load is returned to the watch, and the inspection is reduced. The station should meet the requirements of 1.2.3.
Human.3.4 Appearance

The quantity can also be verified by agreement between the two parties, but the non-conforming quality level (ROL) shall be lower than the requirements of Table 6. 7.3.2.1 The samples for inspection shall be taken from the batches manufactured in this period and passed the factory inspection. 7.3.2.2 Judgment of qualification and disposal after inspection shall not be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2829-2002. No matter whether the samples after type inspection are qualified or not, they shall not be used as qualified products. 7.3.3 Inspection cycle
Type inspection can be a full week for one year. Type inspection should be carried out when one of the following situations occurs: a) The product stops production for one production cycle and resumes production for three years: b) There are major changes in the design, structure, process or materials of the product: d) The national basic supervision agency has put forward the requirement of type inspection. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
