Products shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. The quality of aluminum alloy castings shall comply with the provisions of JB3904. The quality of magnesium alloy castings shall comply with the provisions of JB3906. The quality of molten steel castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7162. The quality of steel die forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7163. The quality of heat-treated parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7161: 4.6
The quality of machined parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7164. All parts (including external components, outsourced parts and standard parts) must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before they can be installed. Before assembling the product, all parts should be cleaned and the operation should be flexible and reliable after assembly. The product anti-rust should comply with the provisions of JB3576. The product appearance is neat and the color is uniform.
The product cleanliness index is not more than 400mg.

6.1 Factory inspection

Type inspection shall be carried out when the product has any of the following conditions: New trial products:

7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Product label

7.2 Product packaging
Packaging.
Product packaging should comply with the provisions of ZBJ84013. Before packaging, the product surface should be cleaned and the exposed surface of steel parts should be coated with rust inhibitor. The products should be packed in plastic bags before packing: Spare parts must be treated with corrosion and rust prevention, and electrical components, seals and disassembly and assembly tools should be separately 7.2.4

7.3 Product transportation and storage
7.3.1 The product should be waterproof and moisture-proof during transportation. 7.3.2 The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.
