Introduction to standards:

JB/T 50171-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J01 021-88 "Energy Consumption Classification of Ceramic Abrasive Kilns". This standard specifies the energy consumption levels of tunnel kilns, downdraft kilns and ordinary trolley (drawer) kilns for firing products such as ceramic grinding wheels and ceramic oilstones. Ceramic abrasive kilns are divided into first, second and third grades according to the comparable unit consumption of their furnace bases. Furnace bases whose comparable unit consumption does not reach the third grade index are classified as out-of-grade. This standard was first issued on March 5, 1988. Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
JB/T50171-1999
Energy Consumption Classification of Ceramic Abrasive Kilns
(Internal Use)
1999-12-30 Issued by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on June 1, 2000. Implemented by the JB/T50171-1999 standard. This standard is a revision of the "Classification of Energy Consumption of Ceramic Grinding Mills". Editorial changes were made to the original standard during the revision, and the main technical content remained unchanged. The standard will replace ZBJ0121-8R from the date of implementation. This standard was issued by the China Academy of Mechanical Science and Technology and was jointly issued by the former State Machinery Design and Research Institute and the Energy Conservation Center of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The main drafters of this standard are: Wu Buzhi and Guo Yingwu. This standard was first issued in 1988. Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China.
