Antioxidant 4020 is one of the important additives for radial tires. It was developed and produced in China in the early 1980s. So far, there is no national standard or industry standard, only the enterprise standard of the production unit. In order to meet the market demand and the development needs of the rubber industry, this product industry standard is specially formulated.
The control items of this standard include appearance, crystallization point, heating loss and ash content. The industry standard of antioxidant 4020 has quality indicators that surpass the quality level of similar foreign products, and the test method is consistent with the international general method. This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Chemical Additives Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rubber and Rubber Products. The drafting unit of this standard: Nanjing Chemical Plant. The main drafter of this standard: Liu Yiwen.

The rounding of the test results shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T8170, and the determination of the test results shall be carried out in accordance with the rounding value comparison method specified in GB/T1250. The final expression of the result shall be consistent with the required index value. 4.2 Appearance
Judge by self-viewing method.
4.3 Determination of crystallization point
4.3.1 Determine according to the method specified in GB/T11409.2, wherein about 50g of sample is taken, and the material temperature is 65℃~70℃. The melted sample is stirred and cooled in a cooling bath (ice water can be used if necessary), and when the sample becomes viscous, it is taken out and poured into a crystallization tube for determination. 4.3.2 Allowable difference: the arithmetic mean of two parallel determinations is taken as the determination result. The difference between the two parallel determination results should not exceed 0.2℃.
4.4 Determination of heating loss
4.4.1 Determine according to the method specified in GB/T11409.4, wherein the sample weight is about 3g, the drying temperature is 65℃~70℃, and the time is 3h.
4.4.2 Allowable difference: the arithmetic mean is taken as the determination result. The difference between the two parallel determination results should not be greater than 0.05%. 4.5 Determination of ash content
4.5.1 Determine according to the method specified in GB/T11409.7, where the sample weight is 1.5g~2g and the ignition temperature is (800±50)℃.
4.5.2 Allowable difference: the arithmetic mean is taken as the determination result. The difference between two parallel determination results should not be greater than 0.05%. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
All items in Table 1 are factory inspection items. 5.2 Factory inspection
Anti-aging agent 4020 should be inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that all anti-aging agent 4020 shipped out of the factory meets the requirements of this standard. Each batch of anti-aging agent 4020 shipped out of the factory should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format, the contents of which include: product name, standard number, batch number, tare, net content, production date and manufacturer name and address. 5.3 User Acceptance
Users have the right to inspect the quality of the received antioxidant 4020 in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 5.4 Batch Rules
The uniformly blended products in each package are considered a batch. 5.5 Sampling Method
Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6679. Select representative samples for mixing and blending, take no less than 1000g, and pack them in two plastic bottles or ground-mouth bottles, affix labels, indicate the manufacturer name, product name, batch number, production date, sampling date, and name of the sampler. Among them, one bottle is sent for inspection, and one bottle is stored in a cool and dry place for re-inspection. Domestic products are kept for three months, and export products are kept for six months. 5.6 Re-inspection
If one of the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the item should be re-sampled from twice the amount of packaging for re-inspection. If the re-inspection results still do not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products. 5.7 Arbitration
When the supply and demand parties have any disagreement on the product quality, the two parties shall negotiate or resolve it through arbitration. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking
Each batch of packaged packages should have a firm mark painted with non-fading paint, indicating: product name, trademark, tare weight, net content and manufacturer name, and marked with "moisture-proof" and "hand hook prohibited" signs. The package should be attached with a label, which includes the standard number, batch number, grade, and production date.
6.2 Packaging
HG/T3644-1999
Antioxidant 4020 is packaged in paper bags or woven bags lined with polyethylene plastic bags, with a packaging volume of 25kg per bag. Other packaging forms can also be adopted according to market and user needs. bZxz.net
6.3 Purchase and storage
The packages containing antioxidant 4020 should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Transportation
The product should be protected from sunlight and moisture during transportation, and should be handled with care during loading and unloading to prevent damage and leakage. 394
