This series of standards consists of twelve parts: Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes Part 1: Packaging Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes Part 2: Length Part 3: Circumference Part 4: Weight Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes Part 5: Draw resistance Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes Photoelectric method Laser method Part 6: Hardness point pressure method Part 7: Dust content Part 8: Moisture Part 9: Empty ends Part 10: Burst Part 11: Flameout Part 12: Appearance Part 2: Length". This part replaces YC/T28.2-1996 "Determination of the physical properties of cigarettes". The main changes of this part compared with YC/T28.2--1996 are as follows: the method of determining the length of cigarettes by photoelectric method is added, and YC/T28.2-1996 is adjusted to Appendix A. Appendix A of this part is an informative appendix. This part was proposed by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting unit of this part: National Tobacco Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The main drafters of this part: Zhou Decheng, Li Xiaohui, Feng Xiaomin, Wang Yunfang, Zhao Hang. The previous versions of this part are: YC/T28.2--1996. 364 1 Scope Determination of physical properties of cigarettes Part 2: Length photoelectric method This part of YC/T28 specifies the method for determining the length of cigarettes. This part is applicable to all kinds of cigarettes. 2 Normative references YC/T 28.2—2002 The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this part through reference in this part of YC/T28. GB/T5606.1 Cigarette sampling Atmospheric environment for conditioning and testing GB/T16447 Tobacco and tobacco products 3 Principle of determination Use parallel light beams to project or scan the end of cigarettes to form optical signals, which are received by photoelectric receiving devices and processed by data processing systems to give the length value of cigarettes. 4 Instruments and equipment 4.1 The photoelectric length measuring instrument shall meet the following requirements: automatic feeding ring optical system that can generate parallel light beams (laser or ordinary light); capable of multi-point measurement of the sample end; photoelectric receiving device that can receive the signal of each measuring point; a data processing system that can perform statistics on each measurement data and give the sample length value as the arithmetic mean; the accuracy of the instrument measurement result is 0.05mm. 4.2 Standard rod, with an accuracy of 0.005mm. 5 Measurement steps Sample adjustment shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T16447, and the test shall be carried out under the corresponding environmental conditions. 5.1 Arrange the ends of the cigarettes to eliminate the phenomenon of exposed tobacco and contact, and the cigarettes that cannot be eliminated shall be ejected. 5.2 Turn on the power and adjust the instrument according to the instrument operating procedures. 5.3 According to the specifications of the sample, select the standard rod of the corresponding length and calibrate the standard length of the instrument. 5.4 Place the cigarette at the measuring position so that the parallel light beam shines on the end of the cigarette, and project or scan the end of the cigarette. 5.5 The photoelectric receiving device and data processing system give the cigarette length value. 5.6 Repeat steps 5.4 to 5.5 and test a total of 20 samples. 365 YC/T28.2—2002 Result expression The measurement result is expressed in seminaires, accurate to 0.1 mm. Measurement report The measurement report should include the following: -The number of this standard, The mark and description of the sample; The measurement time, the instrument used and the model;-The environmental conditions of the measurement and the measurement results. 366 A.1 Principle of measurement Appendix A (Informative Appendix) Determination of cigarette length by projection method YC/T28.2—2002bzxZ.net Use the method of parallel light projection to compare the enlarged image with the "standard sample" to measure the length of the sample. 2 Instruments and equipment The instrument for measuring length should meet the following requirements: an optical system that produces parallel light; Imaging system: magnification 20 times. A standard sample should be prepared at the projection location. There should be a reference line and a length measurement baseline on the sample to ensure that the length direction of the sample is parallel to the reference line and perpendicular to the length measurement baseline during projection; the workbench should have a √-shaped groove for placing the sample and a baffle for positioning, which can realize the longitudinal and lateral movement of the sample and be equipped with a vernier ruler with an accuracy of 0.05mm. A. 3 Determination steps Adjust the sample according to GB/T16447 and test under corresponding environmental conditions. A.3.1 Turn on the power and adjust the instrument according to the instrument operating procedures. A.3.2 According to the specifications of the sample, select a standard rod of corresponding length and calibrate the standard length of the instrument. A.3.3 Place the sample in the V-groove of the workbench with the overlap facing the operator and one end close to the positioning baffle. Move the workbench so that the length direction of the sample projection is parallel to the reference line, and the projection line of the other end face of the sample coincides with the length measurement baseline, and read the length value of the sample from the vernier scale. A.3.4 When reading, the cut of the sample cigarette paper should be used as the standard; if the cut of the end face of the sample is uneven, the average of the maximum and minimum values should be taken. A.3.5 Repeat steps A3.3 to A3.4 and test a total of 20 samples. 367 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
