Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T51216—1997 Rotary Tilling Machine Scimitar Product Quality Classification (Internal Use) Published on August 12, 1997 Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Implemented on January 1, 1998 JB/T51216-1997 This standard is a revision of JB/T51216.1~51216.394 "Quality Index, Test Methods, Inspection Rules for Rotary Tilling Machine Product Quality Classification" based on GB/T56691995 "Rotary Tilling Machine Knife and Knife Holder". When this standard was revised, the following changes were made to JB/T51216.151216.3—94: 1 Standard name: "Rotary Tilling Machine" was changed to "Rotary Tilling Machine..." 2. Standard structure: changed from three independent standards to one standard. 3. Standard content: added stubble knives and blade-type rotary tillage knives; added 3.2 in the quality indicators, added 5.2.4 in the inspection rules; decomposed the handle size indicator into three indicators to emphasize the interchangeability of products. Removed the edge curve deviation indicator and changed it to edge line quality. Hardness indicators are not divided into qualified products and first-class products. Adjusted the classification of unqualified products in the inspection rules, the single-knife power consumption indicator was changed from Class A to Class B, and the handle width and handle fixing hole symmetry were changed to Class A. From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace JB/T51216.1~51216.3-94. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Agricultural Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture. This standard applies to the quality grading of scimitars (including disc-type rotary tillage knives and stubble knives) products. Sampling in the user or distribution department is not subject to this limit. 5.1.3 Sample size: 13 knife seat type curved knives, 8 knife disc type curved knives 5.1.4 The number of single knife power consumption, metallographic structure and single-side decarburized layer thickness assessment is 2 pieces (1 left and 1 right curved knife) 5.2Www.bzxZ.net Evaluation rules 5.2.1 According to the impact of the inspected item on the product, determine its unqualified classification, see Table 4 and Table 5. 5.2.2 See Table 6 and Table 7 for sampling judgment. AQL is the qualified quality level, Ac is the qualified judgment number, and Re is the unqualified judgment number. The product quality level is determined by item-by-item assessment and category-by-category judgment.
