B1458 General Principles for Testing of Hazardous Materials (United Nations Protocol on the Transport of Dangerous Goods - Manual of Tests and Criteria, Revision 4) 3 Terms and definitions The terms and definitions established in the United Nations Protocol on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Tests and Criteria, with effect from the 4th revision, and the following terms and definitions shall apply to this standard. Pyrophageous solid Pyrophuriesulid This product refers to a solid that can ignite and react with air to produce an oxidation reaction and emit heat, which can then burn by itself. It includes two types: pyrophoric solids and self-heating solids. Pantaneneous camhuestian The heat generated by the reaction of a substance with the air cannot be quickly conducted to the outside world, and the spontaneous combustion of the substance caused by the accumulation of heat is called spontaneous combustion. 4 Requirements 4.1 The marks, signs and colored labels of dangerous goods cast or pasted on the packaging of self-igniting solids should be accurate and clear, and comply with the relevant requirements of GB1945. 4.2 The surface of the packaging container of self-igniting solids should be clean and free of any dangerous or flammable substances and contamination. Test 5.1 Air contact test Press 1mL-2mL of the test substance into the air on a surface of a filter at a height of about 1m and observe whether the substance can ignite in the air. The test can be repeated 6 times until combustion is observed. 5.2 Oven heating test 5.2.1 Test apparatus 1.) Hot air circulation oven, the inner volume of which is greater than that of the test chamber 2.) A cubic test chamber made of stainless steel with a length of m and a diameter of m, and a top surface of the test chamber 3.) A 2-mm-diameter thermocouple GD 19521.52004 4.) A micrometer 5.2.2 Test steps 5.2.2.1 Place the powder or granular sample of the substance to be tested into the test chamber, fill it to the brim, and tap the narrow end several times. If the sample sinks, add more. If the sample rises, flatten it to the edge. Place the container in the center of the oven with a cover. 5.2.2.2 Increase the oven flow rate to (4)°C and maintain it at 241°C. Continuously record the test temperature and box temperature. 5.2.2.3 The cube sample with a length of 100mm is subjected to the first test under 140℃ to observe whether there is spontaneous combustion or the sample temperature exceeds the temperature of the box within 24h. If the above phenomenon does not occur, the above test is continued. If the above phenomenon occurs, a cube sample with a side length of 25m is subjected to the second test under 140℃ to observe whether the sample has the above phenomenon. If the above phenomenon does not occur, the test temperature is selected according to the different packaging conditions of the substance during transportation. Take a cube sample with a side length of 100mm and continue the test to observe whether the above phenomenon occurs: The material will be transported in a container with a volume of 4000 m and a temperature of 120°C. Note 2: If the material is to be transported in a container with a volume of 0.45l, the temperature is set to 1n5.3 Category determination 5.3 .1 Determination of dangerous goods category see 1 5.3.2 Determination of direct packaging category see table Table 1 Determination of dangerous goods category Determination of packaging category Evidence reported Special outer packaging Package size/a Medium gas connection test Unconditionalbzxz.net Unconditional Supply of blood for testing Light-stained parts Entire actual code: Body length/mm Out of 60″ Test if the self-problem occurs within 5m.n , dangerous 4, 2 items Spontaneous combustion solid Natural cause Spontaneous combustion occurs or the temperature exceeds the control box by 550℃ No spontaneous combustion occurs or the test sample temperature exceeds the baking standard by 603℃ The ... eorc no spontaneous combustion or test sample at a temperature higher than the oven temperature icut can spontaneously ignite or test transmission medical higher than the wine type hcot no real self-modeling sample temperature virtual than the frost bearing temperature display mountain far from the state or let the detailed wet after the temperature is higher than the step tilt no do not drop self-sensing body natural war fast but the installation level 6 inspection period inspection items according to the requirements of Chapter 1, Section and of this standard 6.2 Inspection conditions When any of the following conditions occurs, a hazardous characteristic inspection shall be conducted: When a new product is put into production or an old product is converted to another product: After formal production, if there are major changes in materials and processes that may affect product performance, during normal production, once a year; When a product is stopped for a long time and then resumed production! When there is a large difference between the factory inspection result and the last hazardous characteristic inspection result; the national quality supervision agency shall conduct a hazardous characteristic inspection. 6.3 Judgment rules GH 19521. 5-2004 Inspect according to Sections 5.1 and 5.2 of this standard, and judge the hazardous characteristics and packaging sensitivity of self-igniting solid dangerous goods based on the test results and the requirements of Section 5.3 of this standard.
