Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG/T2500-93 Emulsifier Published on September 8, 1993 Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Implemented on October 1, 1994 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Subject Content and Scope of Application HG/T2500--93 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of emulsifier S-60. This standard applies to emulsifier S-60 prepared from the esterified mixture of sorbitan and stearic acid and palmitic acid. This product is mainly used as an emulsifier, dispersant, thickener, softener and brightener in the textile, coating, leather and other industries. 2 Reference standards GB/T6365 Determination of free acidity and free alkalinity of surfactants Titration method GB/T7384 Determination of hydroxyl value of polyethoxy derivatives of nonionic surfactants ZB/TG72001 Determination of surfactants, saponification value 3 Technical requirements 3.1 Emulsifier S-60 shall meet the requirements of the following table. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on September 8, 1993 and implemented on October 1, 1994 5 Inspection rules HG/T2500-93 5.1 Sampling method: Take each batch of production as a batch, select 10% of the packaging samples from each batch of samples, and the sampling of small batch products shall not be less than 3 barrels. Before sampling, remove the dust and dirt on the barrel cover to prevent foreign impurities from falling into the product. Use a sampling device to take samples from the top, middle and bottom respectively. Mix the samples thoroughly and put them into the container. The sampling amount should not be less than 500g. Divide them into two bottles, add stoppers and affix labels, indicating the manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date, etc. One bottle is reserved for sample and the other is for inspection. 5.2 Inspection by the manufacturer: Emulsifier S-60 should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that all finished products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard, and the finished products leaving the factory should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.3 User acceptance: The user unit should inspect the received emulsifier S-60 in accordance with the provisions of this standard to check whether it meets the requirements of this standard. 5.4 Re-inspection: If one of the indicators in the inspection results does not meet the standard, samples should be selected from twice the amount of packaging for re-inspection. Even if only one indicator of the re-test result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of finished products cannot be accepted. 5.5 Arbitration: When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality and need arbitration, the arbitration institution can be selected by agreement between the two parties. Arbitration should be conducted in accordance with the inspection method specified in this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Each batch of packaged emulsifier S-60 should be marked, and the content includes: product standard number, product name, production date, batch number, quality grade, product net weight, manufacturer name. 6.2 Emulsifier S-60 is packed in a carton box or chemical fiber barrel lined with a plastic bag, with a net weight of 25kg or 30kg per barrel; or packaged according to the user's requirements. 6.3 Load and unload gently during transportation, and never turn the barrel upside down. 6.4 Emulsifier S-60 should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, sealed, and the storage period is 2 years. Additional Notes: This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China and is under the jurisdiction of the Shanghai Dyestuff Research Institute. This standard was drafted by the Shanghai Additives Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Xu Wei and Shen Rongjia.
