4. 1 Content (C,HiS,O,)
4.1.1 Preparation of base catalyst
Weigh 1 sodium hydroxide into a 100mL beaker, dissolve it in 20mL anhydrous ethanol, take the upper clear liquid and put it into a dropper bottle for later use. 4.1.2 Determination of
Weigh 0.05g sample (accurate to 0.0001g), place in a 250mL iodine bottle, add 20mL anhydrous ethanol to dissolve (heat with warm water), use a pipette to transfer 10mL of n-dodecyl alcohol solution (25g/L) into the iodine volumetric bottle, immediately add 1mL of alkali catalyst (white pigment is generated immediately), plug the bottle stopper and shake well, let stand for 30min, add 2mL of glacial acetic acid, then add 75mL anhydrous ethanol to dilute, and titrate with iodine standard titration solution [c(1/2T)=0.05mol/L) until light yellow, and the end point is when the color does not fade for 3min, and perform a blank test at the same time. The
content is calculated according to formula (1):
c(V, - V,)× 0. 120
Wherein: X-mass percentage of hardener H-11, %; concentration of iodine standard titration solution, mol/L; Vo
4. 2 Appearance
Volume of iodine standard titration solution consumed in blank test, mL; (1)
Volume of iodine standard titration solution consumed by sample, mL; equivalent to 1.00 mL iodine standard titration solution (c(1/2I2)=1.000 mol/L). Mass of hardener H-11 expressed in grams:
Sample mass, g-
Visual inspection of the sample should be white powder, free of foreign matter, agglomerates, etc. 4.3 Infrared spectrum
Using potassium bromide tablet method, the measured infrared harmonic diagram should be consistent with the standard spectrum. The standard infrared spectrum is shown in Figure 1. 4.4 Photographic properties To be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. 4.5 Solubility HG/T2634-94 Figure 1H-11 Infrared harmonic diagram Weigh 0.4g of sample and put it into a test tube. Add 9.6mL of distilled water. Put the test tube into warm water and shake to dissolve. Cool to room temperature and add 1h. It should be transparent without precipitation.
4.6 Volatile matter
Determine according to the provisions of HG/T2257, among which, the dry explosion temperature is 70±5C. 4.7 Ash content
Determine according to the provisions of HG/T2256.
4. 8 Iron and lead determination
Determine according to the provisions of HG/T2415.
Inspection rules
Sampling and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T619. 6 Packaging, marking, transportation and storagebzxZ.net
61 Packaging
The inner packaging should be a double-layer plastic bag, which should be tied. The outer packaging should be a cardboard barrel with a cover and seal. The net weight of each barrel is 20kg. Other packaging forms can also be negotiated with the user to determine the use of other packaging forms. 6.2 Marking
