10S 75.020 Registration No.: 6823—2000 Petroleum and natural gas industry standard of the People's Republic of China SY/T 5183—2000 Evaluation method for sand control effect of oil well Issued on 2000-03-10 State Bureau of Petroleum and Chemical Industry Implementation on 2000-10-01wwW.bzxz.Net SY/T5183—2000 This standard has been revised, deleted and supplemented based on "Recommended method for evaluation of sand control effect of oil well" SYT5183-87. This standard has redefined the following contents of the original standard: 1.c Sand control in the later stage 2.1 Production 2.2 Sand content 2.3 Effective production time 2.4 Cost recovery time 3.1 Table 1 and Table 2 in the evaluation method of single and combined sand control effect This standard has deleted the following contents in the original standard: 1.b Sand control in the weeding period 1.d Sand control during suspension of production 1.e Sand control times 1. Number of successful sand control wells 1. h Number of wells with failed sand control 3.2 Overall sand control effect evaluation method 3.3 Annual sand control effect evaluation method This standard newly adds the content of "economic benefit evaluation". From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace SY/5183-87. This standard was proposed by China National Petroleum Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Oil and Gas Production Professional Standardization Committee: The responsible drafting unit of this standard is the Oil Production Technology Research Institute of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Jingsen, Shen Rui and Liu Hua. This standard was first issued in December 1987, and this is the first revision. 1 Scope Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Evaluation method for sand control effect of oil wells Evalaation method for sand control effect of oil wells wellSY/T5183-—2000 Replaces SY/T5183-87 This standard specifies the values of the post-sand control production, sand content, effective production time, the single well control effect evaluation method and the economic benefit evaluation method. This standard is applicable to the initial and later sand control effect evaluation of oil wells. 2 Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions. 2.1 Initial sand control: Sand control operations performed on oil layers before oil wells are put into production. 2.2 Later sand control: Sand control operations performed on wells that cannot produce normally due to sand production after the oil wells are put into production. 2.3 The sand-control wells participating in the evaluation: Wells whose post-sand control production time is equal to or greater than 30 days. 3 Numerical calculation and value provisions 3.1 Production 3.1.1 The production of the well is divided into daily oil production (1/d) and daily water production (m3d). 3.1.2 The daily production before sand control in the early stage is calculated according to the daily allocated production. 3.1.3 The production of the well before sand control in the later stage is calculated according to the average daily production of 10 days before closure or suspension of production. 3.1.4 The daily production of the oil well after sand control is calculated according to the average daily production of 10 days of continuous production from the 21st day after production. 3.2 Sand content The sand content is determined by analyzing the oil sample after 20 days of production and calculated as volume percentage. 3.3 Effective production time After sand control construction, it is calculated according to the actual cumulative production time of the well, and the unit is calculated in days. 4 Evaluation of sand control effect 4.1 Evaluation of early sand control effect of single well Three indicators are used for early sand control of single wells (see Table 1), and the indicator evaluation is divided into qualified and unqualified categories. A well is qualified if all the indicators are qualified, and unqualified if one of them is unqualified. 4.2 Evaluation of sand control effect of a single well in the later stage Four indicators are used to comprehensively evaluate the sand control effect in the later stage of a single well. The single evaluation is expressed in points, and the sum of the four scores is the comprehensive score. The sand control effect evaluation level of oil wells is divided according to the comprehensive score. 4.2.1 The evaluation indexes and scores of sand control effect in the later stage of oil well merging and single well merging shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Approved by the State Bureau of Petroleum and Chemical Industry on 2000-03-10 and implemented on 2000-10-01 SY/T 5183-2000 Table 1 Evaluation of sand control effect in the early stage of single well Daily oil production after sand control Ratio of daily oil production, %Sand content, % Effective production time, d Table 2 Evaluation of sand control effect in the later stage of single well Daily liquid production after sand control Ratio of daily liquid production before sand control, %Sand content, % Effective production time, d Oil production after sand control Ratio of oil production before sand control Oil production index, % 4.2.2 The evaluation level of sand control effect in oil well merging and single well merging shall comply with the provisions of Table 3 50 ~70 0.08~0.03 301--180 Table 3 Classification of evaluation levels of sand control effect in the later stage of single well Grade Economic benefit evaluation 5.1. Sand control cost recovery period Sand control cost recovery period is calculated according to formula (1) Comprehensive score Evaluation level Unqualified Unqualified Unqualified Evaluation, points In the formula: T——sand control cost recovery period, mountain; F-total cost of sand control measures, yuan: Q --daily oil production of oil well, {/d: Crude oil price, yuan t; Ca——unit oil production cost, yuan/t. 5.2 Economic Benefit Evaluation of Single Well SY/T 5183-2000 Q(P.-Ca) After the sand cost is recovered, the economic benefit of the single well is calculated according to formula (2). E = Qa(P.-Ca) Where: E is the economic benefit of a single well, yuan; Q is the oil well burst production, to Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
