T-tap water membrane module, the salt content of the treated liquid is less than or equal to 1.000mg/L; B-brackish water membrane module, the salt content of the treated liquid is greater than 1000mg/l and less than or equal to 10000mg/L; Approved by the State Oceanic Administration on July 27, 2001 Implementation on January 1, 2002 HY/T 054.1-—2001 Seawater membrane module, the salt content of the treated liquid is greater than 10000mg/L. 4.3 Product specifications 4.3.1 The specifications of hollow fiber reverse osmosis modules are based on the inner diameter of the shell. 4.3.2 Specifications and main dimensions are shown in Table 1. Water production/(m2/d) 6.1.1 Determination of pollution index is determined according to the DL/T588 FI value determination method. 6.1.2 The determination of chemical oxygen demand shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8538. 6.1.3 The determination of other indicators shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB5750. 6.2 The determination of water inlet temperature, desalination rate and water output shall be in accordance with the provisions of HY/T054.2. 6.3 The test of shell sealing performance shall be in accordance with the provisions of 7.6 of JC/T692. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Factory inspection 7.2.1 Each hollow fiber reverse osmosis module shall be subject to factory inspection. 7.2.2 See Table 4 for inspection items and requirements. Table 4 Factory Inspection Items Desalination Rate Water Production 7.3 Type Inspection 7.3.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in the following cases: when new products are finalized and identified; when materials and structures have undergone major changes; when production is resumed after suspension for more than one year; Technical Requirements When the factory inspection results differ significantly from the previous type inspection results; when the national quality and technical supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 7.3.2 Type inspection items are all the required items specified in this standard. Water Production Error/% Test Method Sampling Plan Sampling inspection shall be conducted according to the one-time sampling plan of GB/T13264, P. =1.5, P, =50. 7.3.4 The judgment rules are as follows: a) If 5.1 and 5.2 meet the requirements, the batch will be judged as unqualified if any one of the other four items fails; b) If 5.1 and 5.2 fail, the batch cannot be judged as unqualified. 8 Marking, instruction manual 8.1 Marking HY/T054.1—2001 Hollow fiber reverse osmosis components should be marked when leaving the factory. The marking content includes: product name, model and specification; Product implementation standard number; Product number; Name and detailed address of the manufacturer; Production date. 8.2 Instruction manual 8.2.1 The preparation of the instruction manual shall comply with the provisions of GB9969.1. 8.2.21 The instruction manual shall specify the following contents: inlet water quality; inlet water temperature; recovery rate;www.bzxz.net operating pressure; hollow fiber reverse osmosis membrane material; cleaning liquid formula and cleaning process; preparation and use of protective liquid and antifreeze; other information that users need to know. Packaging, transportation, storage 9.1 Packaging 9.1.1The outer shell and interface of the hollow fiber reverse osmosis module shall be protected. 9.1.2 The hollow fiber reverse osmosis module shall be packed in wooden boxes or other sturdy boxes and fixed in the box. 9.1.3 The product instruction manual shall be attached to the packaging box. 9.1.4 Mark the side of the packaging box in accordance with the provisions of GB191. 9.2 Transportation Hollow fiber reverse osmosis components should not be subjected to severe impact, throwing and heavy pressure during transportation, loading and unloading. 9.3 Storage 9.3.1The inside of the hollow fiber reverse osmosis components should always be kept moist. 9.3.2When stored for more than 5 days, protective liquid should be added, and antifreeze should be added in cold areas, or both (the preparation and use of protective liquid and antifreeze should be in accordance with the product instructions). 9.3.3The stacking site should be clean, flat and away from heat sources. The stacking height shall not exceed 0.5.m. 9.3.4It is not suitable for long-term storage. If it needs to be stored for a long time, the protective liquid should be replaced every 3 months. 9.3.5When the hollow fiber reverse osmosis components in the device are not in use, protective operation should be carried out: 1 hour per day in summer and 1 hour every two days in winter.
