5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
The braking system should be designed as an independent machine tree. When the generator set and its components fail, the braking system must be able to work independently and normally. 5.2 Design requirements
5.21 After the safety system is triggered, the wind turbine generator set should not be restarted without permission. In addition to being able to slightly move the wind rotor during maintenance, the braking system should also have the function of braking the wind rotor within the full wind speed range. 5.2.2 During operation, the brake can be coordinated with other mechanisms to meet the maximum power of the wind rotor and the average power consumption when the wind rotor is at its maximum operating speed, ensuring that the wind can be moved tightly. 5.2.3 At least one set of brake systems should be used to reduce the wind rotor from rotation to basically stationary as much as possible. 5.2.4 If a device has both operation and safety functions, it should ensure that the safety function is triggered first, and the components that perform different functions should be designed as separate components. 6.2.5 If the brake cover is used to limit torque, the brake should be placed between the torque limiting device and the rotor. 5.2.6 Emergency braking should ensure that the braking system and key components do not cause irreversible damage. 5.3 Performance requirements
5.3.1 The performance of the braking device shall meet the following requirements: a) When operating under rated load and 85% of rated power, it shall be able to release flexibly; b) When operating at a rated frequency under 50% of rated load and rated power, it shall be able to close flexibly; 5.3.2 The performance of the braking device shall meet the following requirements: 3) For wind turbines with a rated power greater than 10W, the brake shall be able to limit the maximum operating speed of the mechanical wheel to no more than 25% of the rated speed; For wind turbines with a rated power less than 1000kW, the brake shall be able to limit the maximum operating speed of the mechanical wheel to no more than 25% of the rated speed; The braking performance of the brake or the quick brake shall be as follows: 1) At 40℃+200℃: The maximum value of the brake shall not exceed 150% of the rated speed:

54.1 The selection of materials for the actuating device shall be in accordance with the requirements of the environmental conditions and the requirements of its use, and shall be selected according to the relevant standards. 5.4.2 Any material not listed in the current standard shall be used only after the basic performance test is completed and verified. 3

5.4.3 The materials and components used in the brake device shall be inspected and accepted by the factory and can be used only after they are qualified: 5.5 Structural requirements
5.5.1 The structure of the brake device shall be complete and simple. The brake device shall be simple and must be compatible with the supporting equipment. 5.5.2 Corrosion protection shall be considered in the structural design, and the protected surface shall be designed to be as shiny as possible. 55.3 The connection dimensions of the brake shall comply with the provisions of 7021.-13. 5.5.4 The brake block size of the brake shall comply with the provisions of 7021.21. 5.5.5 The brake pad thermal size of the brake shall comply with the provisions of JH/17021.3-1993. When the paper mounting method is adopted, the effective decomposition thickness of the brake pad shall be less than 50% of the original thickness: 5.5.6 The shell protection level of the electrical part of the brake shall not be lower than 1314 specified in 3/1912.1200. 5.6 Manufacturing requirements
The manufacturing of various parts of the brake device, the assembly of components, the coating of the surface of metal parts and the electrical parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of the corresponding standards. 5.7 Accuracy requirements
When the brake is closed at the rated load section, the combined area of the brake pad and the brush wheel shall not be less than 50% of the lower joint area for the hard wind and smooth hard shell of the operation molding; and not less than 70% of the design interval for the soft village. 5.6 Environmental requirements
5 .8.1 The wind turbine generator system must be subjected to atmospheric corrosion, sunlight, frost, ice, salt and other damage during use. 5.a.2
The altitude should not exceed 100m.
The humidity range is -40℃~+40℃, and the temperature within 24h should not exceed 135℃. The air temperature should not exceed 90%.
5.8.5 The solar radiation intensity should be less than 100oW/m, 5.8.6 When used in a corrosive environment, the brake device should be tested and adjusted according to the provisions of JD/T10401.2. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
The brake device is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 2 Factory inspection
All the mother products leaving the factory shall be inspected by the quality inspection department according to the provisions of this part. They can be shipped only after they are qualified and accompanied by the inspection certificate of the manufacturing quality inspection department: Orders of individual pieces have the right to be purchased according to the provisions of this part. The quality of the parts and components of the products to be shipped shall be spot checked. 7.2.1 Inspection conditions
7.2.1.1 All kinds of equipment, instruments, meters and tools used for inspection shall be calibrated and verified by the national annual inspection department, have a calibration certificate and be within the inspection period.
7.2.1.2 The selected instruments shall make the measured values within 20%~95% of the instrument standard. 7.2.2 Inspection items a) Completeness of supporting equipment (5.5): h) Appearance inspection (5.G) 1 c) Action performance under 5% rated voltage (5.3) 7.2.3 Judgment rules If any item of the product fails to meet the standards, the product shall be deemed unqualified. 7.3 Type inspection Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: A a) When a new product or an old product is transferred to production and trial production: J/T 10401.1-2D04 After formal production, when there are major changes in product planning, process, production equipment, management, etc., including changes in personnel responsibilities, which affect product performance: 2) During formal production, regular inspection shall be carried out after accumulating a certain number of batches of products; d) When the product resumes production after long-term production; 2) After the product is shipped out, the product shall be inspected regularly. 7.3.3 State regulations
The products to be inspected shall all be qualified. If there are any disqualifications, products of the same batch and specifications shall be sampled and all items shall be inspected once. 6.1 According to the provisions of the design documents, a permanent mark with clear handwriting shall be placed on the official position of each product. White? 9 Packaging, transportation and initial storage

9.2 Transport vehicle
Packing boxes equipped with brakes are strictly prohibited from falling over and hitting each other during transportation and hoisting. They should be lifted steadily and slowly to avoid rain. They should not be transported together with corrosive substances such as acid and chlorine to ensure that the products are not affected by drugs. 9.3 All brake system devices should be kept clean and ventilated within 20% to 10% of the original temperature to prevent water attacks. Do not expect to be used for a long time under normal circumstances.2 The braking during operation can be coordinated with other mechanisms to meet the maximum power of the wind wheel and the average power consumption when the wind wheel records the maximum working speed, to ensure that the wind can be moved tightly.
5.2.3 At least one set of braking system should reduce the wind wheel from rotation to basic stillness as much as possible. 5.2.4 If a device has both operation and safety functions, it should be ensured that the safety function core is triggered first, and components performing different functions should be designed as separate components.
