SY/T 5092--2002
SY/T 5092—2002
This standard is a revision of SY/T5092—93 "Sulfonated lignite for drilling fluid". The main technical difference between the revised standard and SY/T5092—93 is the change in the determination method of dry basis humic acid content (from spectrophotometry to gravimetric analysis), which improves the accuracy of the determination. In addition, the revised standard makes some adjustments to the technical requirements, reducing the drilling fluid performance requirements from 5 to 4, and the physical and chemical properties set a limit for the chromium ion content.
This standard will replace SY/T5092-93 from the date of implementation. The appendix A and appendix of this standard are normative appendices. This standard is proposed and submitted by the Petroleum Drilling Engineering Professional Standardization Committee. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is: Drilling and Production Technology Research Institute of Sichuan Petroleum Administration Bureau. The participating drafting unit of this standard is: Chengdu Chuanfeng Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Shi Engang, Lan Xia, Tu Zhenquan, Zhou Xiancheng, Huang Li, Liu Dengbi, Huang Ling. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are: -SY 5092-87, SY/T 5092-93.

Each batch shall not be less than 15 points. The sampler shall be inserted into different depths to collect samples. Each bag of samples is about 80g: 5.3 The collected samples shall be fully mixed and divided into two portions by quartering method. Each portion weighs about 40g. They shall be placed in clean and dry sealed containers and labeled with product name, manufacturer, batch number, sampling date, and oil sampler. One portion shall be sent for inspection and two shall be retained for arbitration:
5.4 Sampling and inspection work shall be completed within the period specified in the contract signed by the supply and demand parties: When multiple indicators of the product do not meet the wood standard specifications 4
SY/T 50922002
When the technical requirements are met, double sampling shall be conducted; if the re-inspection is still unqualified, the buyer shall submit a report to the supplier within the prescribed period. 5.5 If there is a quality dispute between the supply and demand parties and the need for arbitration, it shall be arbitrated in accordance with the provisions of the National Product Quality Arbitration Inspection Interim Measures [1985.035] issued by the National Bureau of Standards. During the arbitration, the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the inspection methods specified in this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, storage, transportation
6,1 Marking
The product standard number, product name, net content, manufacturer name, production site, trademark and moisture-proof mark are printed on the outer layer of the packaging. Each batch of products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, including: product name, batch number, production team, production date and inspector number (name).
6.2 Packaging
The inner layer of the packaging bag is sealed with a plastic film bag, and the outer layer is sealed with a kraft paper composite bag containing a plastic textile bag. The net content of each bag is 25kg, and the allowable difference is 0.5kg. Randomly sample 50 bags, and the average value should be no less than 25kg. 6.3 Purchase, storage and transportation
During storage and transportation, moisture, sun protection and crack prevention should be implemented. The product is valid for two years (based on the date of export): 7 Product quality inspection form
Each batch of products should be accompanied by a product quality inspection form, and its format is shown in Appendix B.5

SY/T 5092—20025 The dry humic acid content Y expressed as a mass fraction is calculated as follows: V (mi-m2)
SY/F S092-2002
Wherein:
Y is the dry humic acid content, expressed as a percentage; ml is the mass of humic acid, in grams (g); m2 is the mass of the ignition residue of humic acid, in grams (g); V is the total volume of the sample solution, in milliliters (mlL); V is the volume of the sample solution taken during the determination, in milliliters (mL); m is the mass of the sample, in grams (g). 4.4.4 Determination of dry total chromium
4.4.4.1 Weigh 0.50g0.02g (accurate to 0.0001g) of the sample into the porcelain. Gently vibrate the crucible to flatten the sample, put the crucible with the sample into the furnace, heat it to 800℃, keep the temperature constant for 30min, cool it for 300min, take it out: clamp the crucible into a 250mL beaker, add 25mL sulfuric acid solution (2mol/L) to the glass, use a glass rod to pick up the crucible, wash it and take it out, add 251ml ammonium persulfate solution (200g/L) and 10mL silver nitrate solution (25g/L), add distilled water to dilute to 150ml, heat it to boiling 10ml on the furnace, take it out and cool it to room temperature, add 10mL phosphoric acid and mix it. When the ammonium ferrous sulfate standard solution (0.103tmol/l) is titrated to light yellow, add 4 drops of sodium diphenylamine sulfonate indicator and continue to drip until the purple-red turns green as the end point. 4.4.4.2 The total chromium content Z expressed by mass fraction is calculated as follows: z-51996 × cy×100%
Wherein:
-dry basis total chromium content, expressed as a percentage; c--ferrous sulfate standard solution concentration, in moles per liter (mol/l.); V.-consumed ammonium ferrous sulfate standard push solution volume, in milliliters (mL): m--base sample mass, in grams (g): 51.996--1mcl chromium ion mass, in grams per mole (g/ml) 4.5 Precision
