6.5 The user has the right to accept according to this standard. If there is any objection to the batch quality, the manufacturer should be notified within three months after arrival for joint re-inspection. If it does not meet the requirements of this standard, it should be judged as a batch unqualified and the manufacturer shall be responsible for handling it. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Carry out according to the provisions of GB/T10342 or the provisions of the order contract. 7.2 During transportation, a canopy and clean transportation tool should be used. During transportation, paper pieces are not allowed to be thrown from a high place. 7.3 The product should be properly stored to prevent the influence of rain, snow and ground moisture. 555

Appendix A
Ink absorbency determination method
(Supplement)
Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450 and the samples shall be processed and tested under the standard atmospheric conditions specified in GB/T10739. A2 Test instruments and equipment
A2.1 Ink absorbency determination instrument with ink distribution device and ink wiping device. A2.2 Standard absorption ink and ink wiping paper.
A2.3 The reflectance photometer complies with the requirements of GB/T1543. A3 Test steps
A3.1 Cut 60mm×150mm samples uniformly from different parts of the transverse paper width, with the long side of the sample being the longitudinal direction. A3.2 Place the sample flat on the glass surface of the instrument's inking device, and then place a 0.1mm thick metal plate with a 43mm×43mm opening flat on the sample.
A3.3 After stirring the standard absorption ink evenly, use an ink scraper to scrape the ink from the opening of the metal plate, and start the timer at the same time. A3.4 Remove the metal plate, and an ink layer of about 0.1mm thickness will form on the paper surface. Place the sample with the ink layer on the ink wiping device of the instrument, and start the instrument to scrape off the ink layer on the paper surface after 2 minutes.
A3.5 Place the sample with the surface layer wiped off on the back of the same sample until it is opaque, and place it on an instrument that meets the requirements of GB/T1543 to measure the green light diffuse reflection factor of the inked area and the un-inked area, and then calculate the ink absorption by formula (A1) and express it as a percentage. (R.R),
Ink absorption (%) =
X100-+K
Where: R—green light diffuse reflection factor of the inked area of the sample; R——green light diffuse reflection factor of the un-inked area of the sample; K—correction factor of standard absorption ink.
A3.6 Measure at least 3 test pieces from the samples drawn from each packaging unit, and report the measurement results as the arithmetic mean of the ink absorption of the tested pieces, rounded to 0.1%.
Appendix B
Determination of folding resistance of coating
(Supplement)
B1 Test specimen
Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450, and the specimen shall be processed and tested under the standard atmospheric conditions specified in the standard. B2 Test apparatus and equipment
Metal roller with a width of 50mm and a weight of (5±0.2)kg. 556
HiiKAoiKAca
B3 Test procedure
QB/T 3518--1999
B3.1 Cut at least 3 test pieces of 200mm×70mm, with the long side of the test piece in the longitudinal direction. B3.2 Fold the test piece in the longitudinal direction with the coating surface facing outward, and then roll the folded part with a metal roller once to form a crease perpendicular to the longitudinal direction on the test piece. When rolling, the axis of the roller is parallel to the indentation, and the rolling direction is that the roller rolls down from the sample. B3.3 Observe whether the coating breaks at the folding position in the folded state, repeat the operation for at least 3 test pieces, and if there is no coating breakage at the folding points of the test pieces, it is considered "no breakage", and the index is considered qualified. Appendix C
Determination of coating pits
(Supplement)
C1 Test specimen
Sampling is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450.
C2 Test instrument
A stereo microscope with an eyepiece micrometer, select a magnification of 40, calculate the area of the field of view, and express it in centimeters?. C3 Test steps
C3.1 Cut at least 10 test pieces of about 50mm×50mm at equal distances along the entire horizontal width of the drawn paper sample. C3.2 Place the test piece on the stage of a stereo microscope that meets the requirements of C2. After adjusting the focal length, count the number of pits within the specified size range in the field of view with the help of the eyepiece micrometer. Measure a random location on each test piece and calculate the number of pits K in the coating using formula (C1), expressed as pieces/cm2. K:
Where: Q—the number of pits counted in each field of view, pieces; field of view area, cm2.
C3.3 Measure not less than 10 test pieces per packaging unit, and report the measurement results with the arithmetic mean and standard deviation of the measured values, rounded to integers, in pieces/cm2. The number of pits of 0.05~0.1mm shall not exceed 80 pieces/cm2; the number of pits of 0.1~0.5mm shall not exceed 20 pieces/cm2; and the number of pits larger than 0.5mm shall not be allowed. The size of the pit is expressed by its length. For small pits connected to each other, the size is expressed by the length of the combined whole.
