5 Inspection rules
5.1 Product inspection type
5.1.1 Factory inspection
Products are inspected according to the following factory inspection items and are allowed to leave the factory only after they are qualified. a. Appearance and installation dimension inspection;
b. Voltage regulation performance inspection.
5.1.2 Type inspection
5.1.2.1 The manufacturer shall conduct type inspection in one of the following situations. If the type inspection is not conducted or the inspection fails, the product shall not be put into production. a. The new product is finalized;
b. When the product is improved, modified or the process or raw materials are significantly changed; c. When the product is transferred to another factory for production or the production is resumed after a break of more than one year; d. When batch-produced products should be inspected regularly, not less than once every two years; e. When the national quality supervision and inspection agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 5.1.2.2 Products for type inspection shall be randomly selected from the same batch of products that have passed the factory inspection, and the number of samples each time shall not be less than 6. First, test according to the factory inspection items, and after passing, divide the samples into two groups and conduct the following tests respectively: a. One group of samples undergoes vibration and impact test (sweep frequency test), high temperature test, low temperature test, damp heat test, temperature shock test, overspeed test and water spray test;
b. One group of samples undergoes durability test.
5.1.2.3 The type inspection of the product must all meet the specified requirements. If any item fails, double the number of samples should be re-drawn for re-inspection of the unqualified item; if it still fails, the batch of products shall be considered unqualified. 5.1.2.4 Products are allowed to be tested for all items without grouping, and the number of samples shall not be less than 3. 5.1.2.5 For products produced in batches or in large quantities, the number of durability test samples shall not be less than 2. 5.2 Acceptance rules
5.2.1 Product acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB2828, and the specific inspection plan shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 2
JB/T 6022.11992
2With the consent of both parties, users can also accept the products according to the factory inspection items. During the acceptance, 2%5. 2. 2
(but not less than 6 pieces) of each batch of products submitted shall be selected for inspection. If any item is found to be unqualified, double the number of samples shall be drawn for re-inspection of the unqualified item; if there are still unqualified items, the batch of products shall be considered unqualified. 6
Marking, packaging, storage
6.1 The product shall be marked with the manufacturer's name and trademark in a conspicuous position. The product packaging box shall be marked with:
Manufacturer's name and trademark;
b. Product name;
Quantity;
d. Factory date: year and month.
The packaging box shall be firm, the box shall be lined with moisture-proof material, and the product shall not move in the box. The outer surface of the packaging box should be marked with:
