5.1 The calibrator is inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer. Each batch of products leaving the factory should be accompanied by a quality instruction sheet issued by the quality inspection department, which includes: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, quantity, proof that the product meets the requirements of this standard, and this standard number. 5.2 The user shall inspect whether the products received meet the requirements of this standard according to the technical requirements and inspection rules specified in this standard. The test method for testing impurities in the calibrator can be carried out according to the method provided by the manufacturer, or when necessary, it can also be carried out according to the method agreed between the supplier and the buyer. 5.3 Each batch of finished products shall be randomly sampled from 5% of the inner packages; when the number of inner packages is less than 20, samples shall be taken from at least one inner package. In the same batch, if there are different production batch numbers, samples should be taken separately according to the production batch numbers. Divide the sample into quarters and put it into a clean, dry and ground-stoppered wide-mouth bottle. Paste a label on the bottle and indicate: product name, batch number and sampling date, and send it to the inspection department for inspection. 5.4 If any indicator in the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, resampling should be done from twice the amount of packaging. If even one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard as a result of resampling and verification, the entire batch of products will not be accepted. 5.5 When the supply and demand parties have doubts about product quality, the arbitration unit will make a decision. 6 General test methods for the anti-decarburization quality of calibrators 6.1 Sample (foil)

JB/T4390—1999
6.1.1 The thickness of the box sheet raw material is specified to be 0.08 mm±0.01mm, cold-rolled T10 steel strip with a width of 30mm. The chemical composition of materials should comply with the regulations of GB/T1298.
6.1.2 Foil cut from steel belt, length 120mm. 6.1.3 The foil should be flat and smooth, without flash, burrs, rust or oil stains. 6.1.4 Take two box pieces, make a small hole at one end of the length direction, clean them with absolute ethanol and dry them. Pass the wire through the small hole, tie it firmly and tie it to a T-hook for later use. To prevent the foil from floating and fluttering in the salt bath, a weight can be hung on the wire binding the foil. 6.2 Equipment and heating range
6.2.1 The test equipment is a high-temperature neutral salt bath furnace or a medium-temperature neutral salt bath furnace for heat treatment under production conditions. 6.2.2 Foil heating specifications should comply with the requirements in Table 2. Table 2 Foil Heating Specifications

For medium-temperature salt bath, it is required to conduct the test 4 hours after using the calibration agent. 6.3.4 Calibrate the temperature of the salt bath with a thermocouple in advance, and then immerse the entire prepared foil into the area where the salt solution usually heats the workpiece. The immersion depth shall be approximately 80mm below the molten salt surface when the upper end of the foil is approximately 80mm below the surface of the molten salt. After the foil is heated according to the heating specifications specified in this standard, take it out and heat it quickly. Carefully remove the box pieces, first wash away the residual salt on the surface with distilled water, then soak it in absolute ethanol, dry it and store it in a desiccator for later use. 6.4 Sample analysis
Cut the two box pieces heated at the same time into pieces, mix them, and then analyze their carbon content according to GB/T223.1. 6.5 Calculation results
The foil decarburization rate 4C (%) is calculated according to formula (1): where: C. —Original carbon content of foil, %; remaining carbon content of C box sheet, %.
