Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG/T238392
This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the plastic 90° flexure testing machine (hereinafter referred to as the testing machine). This standard is applicable to the flexure testing machine for measuring the growth of the cut when rubber, plastic and thermoplastic elastomer is flexed at 90°. 2 Reference standards
HG/T2382 General technical conditions for rubber testing equipment 3 Structural parameters
3.1 Structure
The testing machine is divided into two parts: the main machine and the controller. The main machine includes a flexure mechanism (see figure), a thermos bottle with adjustable temperature and a transmission mechanism. The controller includes a temperature display instrument, a flexure times display instrument and an alarm. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on September 15, 1992 and implemented on July 1, 1993

7-front baffle; 8-flexure arm; 9-protrusion: 10-lower front guide wheel; 11-lower rear guide light; 12-stop ring 3.2 Basic parameters Number
3.2.1 The bending angle is 90°±2°
3.2.2 The diameter of the bending mandrel is 10.0±0.6mm, 3.2.3
The width of the bending arm and the clamping plate for clamping the specimen is 50.0±0.5mm (JK spacing in the figure) 3.2.4
The maximum adjustable distance of the upper guide is 30mm. After the upper guide roller is raised and lowered to a certain position, it should be fixed by a locking mechanism. The retaining ring on the lower rear guide should be adjustable and can be fixed after adjustment. The insulation tank can ensure the test temperature is -5±2. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Normal working conditions of the testing machine
The ambient temperature is within the range of 5~40℃;
The relative humidity is less than 85%;
No violent thunder and impact;
No corrosive medium around;
The power supply voltage is 220±22V, and the frequency change does not exceed ±2% t
HG/T2383-92
4.2 The upper edge tangent points of the lower rear guide roller, the lower front guide wheel and the flexure mandrel should be in the same plane, with an allowable deviation of ±0.1mm. 4.3 The width of the flexure arm and the splint is 50±0.5mm. Its front end should be equipped with a positioning baffle to ensure that the specimen is installed at a fixed distance. 4.4 The diameter of the flexure mandrel should comply with the provisions of Article 3.2.2. 4.5 The bending angle of the test machine is 90°±2°
4.6 The bending frequency is continuously adjustable, the frequency adjustment range is 1.0~2.5Hz, and the stability is 0.1Hz.4.7 The noise of the test machine is less than 70dE,
4.8 The counter is not less than 6 digits, and it should have the function of automatic alarm after reaching the preset value. When the preset value is accumulated, the counter can accumulate to the next preset value and stop the alarm again. 4.9 When the low temperature tank is at -40℃, the box is not sealed outside. 4.10 The basic requirements of the test machine, the appearance quality and electrical performance should comply with the provisions of HG/T2382. 4.11 Under the packaging conditions, the test machine should be able to withstand the transportation shock test without damage. After the test, the test machine should fully meet the requirements of this standard without adjustment.
5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions
The test shall be carried out under the conditions specified in Article 4.1 of this standard. a.
Before the test, the test machine shall be operated for at least 1 hour under normal working conditions. 5.2 Test tools, measuring tools and instruments
Angle level (or universal angle ruler);
Vernier caliper, accuracy of 0.02mm;
Steel ruler;
Stopwatch, 0.1s;
Special inspection ruler, 200mm long, 3~4mm thick, wider than 15mm, with the width edge planed into a die mouth, die mouth width. Feeler gauge;
Megohmmeter: 500V;
h. Sound level meter.
5.3 Inspection of the gap between the lower guide roller and the upper edge of the flexure mandrel Place the blade of the special gauge set vertically on the lower guide roller and the flexure mandrel, and measure the gap with a feeler gauge. The deviation should comply with Article 4.2.
5.4 Inspection of the size of the flexure arm and the splint
Measure the size of the flexure arm and the splint with a vernier caliper, which should comply with Article 4.3. 5.5 Inspection of the diameter of the flexure mandrel
Take two perpendicular directions of the radial direction and use a vernier caliper to inspect its diameter. Measure twice in each direction and calculate the average value. Each average value should comply with the provisions of Article 4.4.
5.6 Detection of flexion frequency
Within the frequency adjustment range, take 3 test frequencies in turn, use a stopwatch to measure the number of flexion times respectively, and take at least 1 minute each time to calculate the average value. All of them should comply with the provisions of Article 4.6.
5.7 Detection of flexion angle
Turn the flexion arm to a vertical position and use an angle measuring level to measure the flexion angle. It should comply with Article 4.5. 5.8 Detection of shutdown alarm function
Give a test value, start the test, and when the given value is reached, the machine should automatically stop and alarm. Accumulate a given value, start the test again, and when the accumulated value is reached, stop and alarm again. The test result should comply with Article 4.8 3
HG/T238392
5.9 When the low temperature is cooled to -40℃ and maintained for 1h, it should comply with Article 4.9, 5.10 The noise test and transportation noise test of the test machine, the basic requirements of the test machine, the appearance quality and the inspection of electrical performance should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382.
Inspection rules
Each test machine must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only leave the factory with a product certificate. 6.1 Test machines are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection is carried out one by one according to the requirements of Articles 4.2 to 4.10, and type inspection is carried out by sampling according to the requirements of Articles 4.2 to 4.11. 6.2 Test machines should be type inspected under the relevant circumstances specified in HG/T2382. 6.3 The sampling and judgment rules for type inspection should be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of test machines shall comply with the relevant provisions of HG/T-2382. 8 Random documents
The types and storage of random documents of test machines shall comply with the provisions of HG/T2382. Additional Notes: This standard was proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation.
