With pressure difference as the driving force, when the liquid flows over the surface of the ultrafiltration membrane, macromolecules or colloids are retained, and small molecules pass through the membrane in the separation process. 3.2 Pure water fluxpurewaterflux Under certain temperature and pressure, with pure water as the medium, the amount of pure water permeated through the component per unit time. 3.3 Rejection The mass ratio of a specific component retained by an ultrafiltration membrane component to the total amount of that component in the liquid. 3.4 Retention molecular weight Arweight Under the specified operating conditions, when the retention rate of the ultrafiltration membrane assembly for the standard substance with known molecular weight reaches the design requirements, the molecular weight value of the substance is taken as the molecular weight cut-off of the assembly. It is used to characterize the separation capacity of the ultrafiltration membrane assembly. 4 Classification and model 4.1 Classification Approved by the State Oceanic Administration on December 30, 2002 Implementation on February 1, 2003 HY/T062—2002 Hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane assemblies are classified according to their molecular weight cut-off: 1-000, 3000, 6000, 10000, 20000, 30000, 45000, 65000, 100000 and more than 10 0:000 and other types. 4.2 Model The model of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane assembly is composed of English letter codes and Arabic numerals according to the following rules. HF-UF-□-□X□- Membrane material code Molecular weight cutoff Pure water flux Dimensions Ultrafiltration membrane assembly Hollow fiber Dimensions are expressed as "housing outer diameter (mm) × length (mm)". 4.2.1 Pure water flux refers to the initial pure water flux of the assembly at 25℃ and 0.10MPa pressure difference, in units of m/h. 4.2.2 Molecular weight cutoff refers to the molecular weight cutoff of the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane assembly, expressed in Arabic numerals. 4.2.3 Example: Membrane material code shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
