This standard has some important technical changes from the revised standard in the following aspects: 1. The gear ratio of the original 7-level gear ratio is changed to 9-8-7. 2. The actual transmission ratio of the reducer is supplemented. This standard is part of the series of standards for reducers for cranes. This series of standards includes: Three-point reducers for cranes JB/T8905.1--1999 9 Base-type reducers for cranes JB/T 8905.2-1999 JB/T8995.3-1999 Vertical reducer for crane JB/T8995.4-1999 Enclosed reducer for crane This standard will replace BJ19011-1999 from the date of implementation. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are the appendixes of the standard. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Cranes. Drafting unit of this standard: Beijing Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry The main authors of this standard: Zhao Kede, Li. 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Foot maunted gtarbores for cranes Foot maunted gtarbores for cranes cranesJB/T805.2—1999 This standard specifies the types, parameters, dimensions and technical requirements of base-type inclined cylindrical gear reducers of three series, QJR-D, QIS-D and QJRS-D. The reducers specified in this standard are applicable to all relevant mechanisms of cranes and can also be used in transmission mechanisms of various mechanical equipment such as transport boxes, metallurgical enterprises, mining, chemical industry and light industry. The working conditions shall meet the following requirements: a) The peripheral speed of the gear shall not exceed 16m/s: The maximum rotation speed shall not exceed 000: The working environment temperature shall be 40℃-+45%℃d) It can run in both forward and reverse directions. 2 Cited standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by being cited in this standard. The versions shown are valid when this standard is published. All standards are subject to revision, so parties with limited use of the standards should discuss in depth the feasibility of using the latest version of the following standards.
