1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

Oil-type cremator
A cremator that uses oil as fuel. It consists of a furnace body, a ventilation system, an electric control system, an exhaust system and an inlet system. 3.2

4.1 Ring wall parts
The oil-fired cremator should be able to work continuously under the condition of ambient temperature -25~-40℃ and relative filtration rate not exceeding 80%. 4.2 Performance
4.2.1 Cremation time The average time for each body of a traditional cremator should not be more than 10 minutes for continuous cremation, and not more than 50 minutes for other types of cremators.
4.2.2 The fuel consumption of the main combustion chamber cabinet oil-fired cremator for continuous cremation per year shall not exceed 40kg, and the basic fuel consumption of other types of cremators shall not exceed k.

4.4 Environmental protection requirements

4.6.1 The oil-fired cremator furnace should be smooth and flat, and the joints between the panels should be straight and flat. The performance and specifications of the refractory materials used in chemical machinery, including the refractory group code and the refractory materials, shall comply with the requirements of (iH10325-198%H10326-1988, GB/T16618-1U6.H503091S92 (211-1987). 4.6.2 The steel materials used in the furnace body and the transfer system shall comply with the provisions of 13377. 4.E.3 The standards, samples and acceptance of all refractory belts of the incineration plant shall comply with the relevant or relevant provisions of 0325.4.6.4. 4.7.7 The on-site installation of the cremator must be carried out in strict accordance with the installation technology documents approved by the competent department of temperature and humidity control.

4.7.8 All parts of the oil-fired cremator, except for the on-site construction, shall be tested according to the requirements of the documents. 4.7.11 The design and connection of the control lines of each control equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 3, Part 13 of GB232-1987. 4.7.12 The ventilation pipe should be installed tightly and no leakage is allowed. 4.7.13 The exterior panel of the cremator should be self-disassembled and assembled to facilitate the maintenance of various components. 4.7.14 The installation of the cremator must be undertaken by a qualified professional installation team. 4. Insulation requirements
The thermal insulation design, selection, thickness calculation of the insulation layer, material selection and construction of the cremator shall comply with the regulations in CK/T156X.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 The oil-fired cremator shall be subject to acceptance inspection and type control inspection. The acceptance inspection is carried out at the beginning, and the type inspection is carried out in batches. 5.2 The acceptance inspection includes four parts: appearance inspection, delivery test, safety test and environmental protection test: The acceptance inspection shall be carried out before the product is delivered, and each product shall be assembled and debugged, and various pre-inspections and tests shall be carried out according to regulations. Unqualified products shall not be shipped. 5.3. Appearance inspection shall be carried out according to the design drawings and technical documents, and shall comply with the provisions of 4.5 and 4.7. 5.4. Operation test shall comply with the following provisions: 1. The system shall be reversed 20 times, and the furnace door shall be reversed 20 times. It shall be positioned accurately, operate smoothly, and have no mechanical and electrical faults. 2. The circuit board shall be continuously raised and closed once, and it shall be opened and closed freely, and can be adjusted. The burner and igniter shall be tested for performance according to the provisions of the manual. When the ignition fails and then re-ignites, the interval time c shall be less than 205, and the test shall be carried out every 3 minutes. The test shall be carried out 10 times continuously, and the power shall be less than 80%. All kinds of detection and control instruments and devices used shall be calibrated for their detection and control precision and accuracy before use, and there shall be a calibration platform 5.4.1.
5.5 Safety inspection shall meet the following requirements:
a) The insulator resistance test shall meet the requirements of 4.2.2, b) The safety test shall meet the requirements of 4.3,

5.7 Type inspection shall be carried out when the new product is finalized, the quality inspection and production license are issued. The factory inspection results are different from the last type inspection results.
5. 6.7 The oil consumption of cremation shall be measured by using an oil meter not higher than Class 1. 6.8 The noise intensity of the blower and induced draft fan shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB258. CB19054-2003
6.9 The limit values of flue pollutants, smoke exhaust density, pollutants in the cremation room, noise and odor shall be determined in Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of GH13801-1902.
6.10 The electric conductivity test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GR9466. 6.11 The effectiveness test of the protection circuit shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GI39:66. 1.2 The accuracy test of the control instrument and the variable device shall be tested with a current potentiometer or digital multimeter with an accuracy of not less than Class 100.1. 6.12
