本标准为远洋和沿海船舶规定了舱室噪声级的最大限制值，并为能舶的设计、制造，检必和凭照部门提供了对噪声的评价依据。本标准适用于货船、油船、客货船、推（拖）船、供应船及靶吸式和绞吸式挖混船。其他解壁可参考执行。

1.2留长（指两柱闻长）小于70m的船舶，如某些舱室不能满足1.1条要求时，仅对机舱区的工作闻及起露区各场联，允许放宽5dB。2测盈方法及噪声评价
2.1始上噪声测最应符合GB4595一84《船上噪声测量》的规定。2.2本标准以A声级为评价依据。3防护措施
船员进入噪声级大于90dB的场所时，应采取耳保护措施。凡噪声级大于90dB的舱室，应在人口处设置明显的告示牌“进人高噪声区，必须戴耳保护器”4使用说明
4.1凡本标准生效之日起开始建造的船舶，在整个营运期间都应符合本标准。4.2风本标准生效前已营运和建造的船舶，如某些舱室不满足本标准时，应根据具体情况采取相应的错难。
