This standard is based mainly on GB/T755-2000 "Specifications and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines" in terms of technical content, and is a revision of JB2224-77 based on the requirements of GB/T1.1-1993 and GB/T 1.3-1997. This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules, test methods, and marking and packaging requirements of large AC three-phase four-pole synchronous motors. This standard is applicable to large AC three-phase four-pole synchronous motors (hereinafter referred to as motors) for general use in driving fans, pumps, compressors and other machinery.

4.1 The motor shall be able to operate continuously at rated speed under the following conditions of use. 4.1.1 The altitude shall not exceed 1000㎡.

4.1.3 For motors using water-cooled coolers, the maximum water inlet temperature shall be 30℃ and the minimum shall be 5℃. If limited by the conditions of the installation site, the maximum cooling water temperature can be increased to 33℃ according to user requirements. 4.1.4 The average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month at the operating site shall be 90%, and the average minimum temperature of the month shall not be higher than 25℃. 4.1.5 The operating environment shall be free of corrosive gases such as acids and alkalis. 4.2 The guaranteed value of the ratio of the motor's stall torque to the rated torque at rated voltage is 1.0. 4.3 The guaranteed value of the ratio of the motor's nominal input torque to the rated torque at rated voltage is 0.7. 4.4 The ratio of the motor's stall torque to the rated torque at rated voltage is not less than 1.7. 4.5 The guaranteed value of the ratio of the motor's stall current to the rated current at rated voltage is shown in Table 4. 4.6 The guaranteed value of the motor's efficiency when the power, voltage, frequency and power factor are rated is shown in Table 4. 4.10.1 The winding of the motor shall be able to withstand a withstand voltage test of 1 min without breakdown. The frequency of the test voltage shall be 50 Hz and shall be a sine wave as far as possible. Its effective value shall be in accordance with the provisions of the table. 4.10.2 The same motor shall not be subjected to this test repeatedly. If the user requests, another test is allowed. The test voltage shall not exceed 80% of the value specified in the table.
4.11 The motor should be able to withstand the elevated voltage test without failure. The test is carried out at no load, the test voltage is 130% of the rated voltage and the test time is 3 minutes. The speed is allowed to increase during the test, but it should not exceed 1700t/min. The motor that has undergone the turn-to-turn impulse withstand voltage test does not need to undergo this test.

4.12 Under no-load conditions, the motor should be able to withstand an overspeed test of 1800r/min for 2 min without causing harmful deformation 4.13 The motor should be able to withstand 1.5 times the rated torque in the hot state for 15s without losing step or causing harmful deformation. At this time, the voltage, frequency and excitation should be maintained at the value equivalent to the rated load, and the excitation device should be in normal operation. 4.14 The effective value of the dynamic speed measured at the bearing when the motor is unloaded should not exceed 2.8mm/s. 4. 15 The value of the A-weighted sound power level measured when the motor is unloaded should not exceed 105 dB (A) (1250~2500 kW) or 10G dB (A) (>2500~5000kW). The noise limit of 6300kW should be implemented according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer. 4.16 The stator of the motor has six outlets, which are led out at the bottom of the non-shaft extension stator, and the ends should be clearly marked. 4.17 The direction of rotation of the motor is counterclockwise when viewed from the shaft extension end. Note: If reverse rotation is required, it should be indicated when ordering. 4.18 The motor has a single shaft extension, and the shaft extension is not allowed to bear external radial and axial forces. 4.19 The motor uses a seat-type sliding bearing lubricated by circulating oil. The oil supply system must be ordered separately. 4.20 The excitation device of the motor is supplied as a set by the cam machine manufacturer. When the wind resistance pressure drop value of the motor's external wind system exceeds the allowable value in Table 8, a fan must be added. The fan and air duct required by the motor shall be provided by the user. When the motor is cooled by closed-loop circulating air and the motor manufacturer needs to supply a complete set of coolers, it should be noted when ordering. 4.22 The calculated value of the allowable moment of inertia of the driven machinery is shown in Table 8. Note: The allowable moment of inertia is calculated based on the average value of the load resistance torque during full-pressure starting, which is 20% of the rated torque. If the operating conditions are different, it should be converted. 4.23 The motor should be equipped with a grounding terminal on the base and should have an obvious sign indicating grounding. This sign should be guaranteed not to fall off or wear out during the use of the motor.
5 Inspection rules and test methods

5.1 Each motor must be inspected and qualified before it can be shipped, and a product certificate should be attached. 5.2 Each motor should be inspected and tested. The inspection test items include: a) Mechanical inspection:

5.3 The motor shall be subjected to type test in any of the following situations: a) When trial production of new products is completed:
b) When the changes in motor design or process are sufficient to cause changes in certain performances, the relevant type test items shall be carried out: ) When the inspection test results have unacceptable deviations from the previous type test results. 5.4 The type test items of the motor include: a) All items of the inspection test:
b) Determination of the motor excitation current under no-load overexcitation and at rated voltage and rated current; c) Temperature rise test*;

Note: For the test items marked with (*), if the test conditions are not met, the motor manufacturer can negotiate with the user to solve the problem. 5.5 Mechanical inspection items for motors include: a) Rotation inspection: When the motor rotates, it should be smooth and brisk without stagnation; b) Appearance inspection: Check whether the motor is assembled completely and correctly. The paint on the motor surface should be dry and even without stains, damages, cracks, etc.; c) Inspection of installation dimensions and key dimensions: The installation dimensions should comply with the provisions of 3.11 of this standard, and the key dimensions should comply with the provisions of 3.12. 5.6 The various tests specified in 5.2 (except gh and j) and 5.4 (except i) of this standard shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T1029, 5.2 item j shall be carried out in accordance with JB/T6204, 5.2 item h shall be carried out in accordance with JB/T10098, 5.2 item g shall be carried out in accordance with GB10068, and 5.47 item i shall be carried out in accordance with GB 10069. 5.7 The test of the protection level of the motor can be carried out only when the product is finalized, and the test of the protection level of the shell shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T4942.1. 6 Marking and packaging 6.1 The nameplate and its data shall be guaranteed not to fall off or wear out during the service life of the motor. 6.2 The nameplate should be fixed on a conspicuous position on the motor base, and the items to be marked are as follows: a) Manufacturer name;

6.3 The motor should be equipped with a mark indicating the direction of rotation in a conspicuous position. 6.4 The six outlets of the motor stator winding should be marked with U1, V1, W1.U2, V2, W2 respectively. The two outlet terminals of the motor excitation winding should be marked with F1 and 2 respectively. The marks should be directly engraved on the outlet terminals, and the marks should not be easily erased during the use of the motor. 6.5 The shaft extension key of the motor must be tied to the shaft, and the shaft extension and key surface should be rust-proof and protected. 6.6 The packaging of the motor should be able to avoid moisture and damage during transportation. 6.? 7.1 If the user uses and stores the motor correctly according to the provisions of the instruction manual, the manufacturer shall guarantee that the motor can operate well within one year of use, but no more than one year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer.
