The inspected product should be tested on a dedicated test bench, which should be firmly fixed, perpendicular to the ground plane, with a tank climbing rail greater than 15m in height, to ensure that the tank climbing single stroke is greater than or equal to 10m in running distance. 4.1.3
The pneumatic motor should be tested on the pneumatic motor test bench of the quality supervision unit. The air pressure at the inlet of the performance control valve should be equal to or greater than 0.6MPa. The environmental noise value of the test site should be 10dB(A) lower than the noise value of the tested sample. 4.2

5.1.2 Samples in the production process

One sample is selected from the qualified parts in the warehouse. If there are not enough parts, the whole machine can be disassembled for inspection. For parts that cannot be disassembled for inspection, the inspection record of the current product process shall prevail.
5.2 Judgment rules
5.2.1 All test items are only allowed to be inspected and evaluated in sampling. If any item is unqualified, no double inspection is allowed. 5.2.2 During the inspection process, the following situations are judged as unqualified items: a) The items that should be inspected are not inspected (the main items between processes can be checked according to the original inspection records); b) The physical properties, chemical properties, flaw detection, carburized layer and other items of the material cannot be inspected on site and there are no original records or test reports.
5.3 Evaluation results
5.3.1 According to the actual measurement results of the product, four indicators should be calculated: a) The qualified rate of finished product inspection items;
b) The qualified rate of assembly, painting and packaging quality inspection items; c) The qualified rate of key items of major parts;
d) The qualified rate of major items of major parts.
5.3.2 The quality grade of the whole batch of products shall be assessed according to the lowest grade of the actual measurement results. 3 For a batch of products with a certain grade, the grade of each product shall not be higher than the grade set for the batch. 5.3.3
