The types and main parameters of propeller agitators shall comply with the provisions of HG/T2123. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 In addition to meeting the requirements of the drawings, castings shall also meet the following standards. 8.
Gray iron castings shall comply with the requirements of GB976;
Spheroidal cast iron castings shall comply with the requirements of GB1348
Carbon steel castings shall comply with GB 979 requirements;

4.3 The roughness Ra of the shaft hole of the agitator shall not be greater than 3.2um. 4.4 The radius of the casting fillet shall not be less than 3mm except for those noted in the drawings. The surface of the blade shall be smooth, without sharp shuttles and burrs. 4.5 Balance of propeller agitator
4.5.1 When the linear velocity v of the blade end is less than 5m/s, static balance test may not be carried out; when the linear velocity is 5m/s, static balance or dynamic balance test shall be carried out. When the stirring shaft is a flexible shaft, a dynamic balancing test must be carried out. 4.5.2 Balance degree grade G, see Table 2.
