5 Test method
5.1 The sampling of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450. 5.2 The test of paper size and skewness, basis weight and tightness shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T451.1, GB/T451.2 and GB/T451.3. 5.3 The test of whiteness shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8940.1. 5.4 The test of opacity shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1543. 5.5 The test of smoothness shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T456. 5.6 The test of breaking length shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T453. 5.7 The test of sizing degree shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T460 and the "Paper for ink penetration and diffusion comparison board\third line". 5.8 The test of dust degree shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1541. 5.9 The test of folding endurance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T457. 5.10 The test of moisture shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T462. 5.11 When determining the internal paper defects of the roll paper, take 10 layers of the outer periphery of the roll, remove the outer 5 layers, and cut the remaining 5 layers into 0.05m2 paper pieces (not less than 100 pieces), and then select the paper pieces with paper defects or measure the total area (m2) of the 5 layers of paper divided by 0.05m2 as the number of sample paper pieces, and then check the number of paper defects (each paper defect is calculated as a sample paper piece). The internal paper defect rate X (%) is calculated according to formula (1): X-
Where: N-the number of paper pieces with paper defects;
M-the number of test paper pieces.
The calculation result is rounded to 0.1%
5.12 The full-width height difference of a flat paper stack (%) is calculated according to formula (2): The full-width height difference of a flat paper stack = the full-width maximum height of the paper - the full-width minimum height of the paper probe × 100 × the full-width maximum height of the paper stack
6 Inspection rules
6.1 The quantity delivered at one time is considered a batch, but not more than 50t. 6.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the paper produced meets the requirements of this standard, and each piece of paper shall be accompanied by a product certificate. (1)
(2)
6.3 Sampling inspection for delivery inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. The sample unit for flat paper is piece, and for roll paper is roll. The sampling plan for delivery inspection is as specified in Table 2.

7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 The packaging of flat paper shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342. 7.1.1 It shall be packed in plywood.wwW.bzxz.Net
7.1.2 The paper shall be accompanied by a product certificate, and the plywood shall be marked with product name, quantity, paper size, net weight of paper, product grade, production date, manufacturer and moisture protection. 7.2 The packaging of roll paper shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342, and the following supplementary provisions shall be made. 7.2.1. The roll paper should be rolled on a dry and hard paper core. The length of the paper core must be consistent with the width of the paper roll, with an error of no more than ±1mm. The wall thickness of the paper core should not be less than 10mm. The inner diameter of the paper core should be 75~~80mm. There should be no flattening or cracking. 7.2.2 The roll paper should be tight, with uniform tightness across the entire width. The end surface of the roll should be flat, without obvious bows or sawtooth shapes. 7.2.3 Except when the paper is rolled (within 2cm from the paper core), no debris such as scraps of paper and paper strips should be rolled into the roll. 7.2.4 The joints must be firmly bonded, flat, and straight, and the remaining paper tails should be neatly cut off. The width of the joints should not exceed 30mm, and no adhesion to another layer of paper is allowed. The joints should be clearly marked. 7.2.5 The roll must be accompanied by a product certificate, and the end surface of the roll should have product name, quantity, width, roll number, roll net weight, product grade, production date, manufacturer, and signs such as prevent moisture and do not use hooks. 7.3 Paper should be properly stored to prevent it from being affected by sunlight, rain, snow and ground moisture. 7.4 Clean covered cartons should be used for transportation. If uncovered cartons are used for transportation under special circumstances, they must be covered with rainproof cloth. 7.5 Paper must not be dropped from a height during transportation and stacking. 7.6 Paper rolls must not be rolled on gravel or uneven ground during transportation and stacking. Additional notes:
This standard was proposed by the Paper Industry Division of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Paper Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by Jincheng Paper Factory. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Light Industry standard QB24-1972 "Letterpress Paper" will be abolished. This standard refers to the Soviet standard TOCT9095-1973 "Letterpress Paper". 580
