2 Technical requirements
2.1 Chemical composition
0.9×1008×3200mmGB4438—84
The chemical composition of the corrugated sheet shall comply with the provisions of GB3190-80 "Chemical composition of aluminum and aluminum alloy processed products". 2.2 Mechanical properties
Before the corrugated sheet is formed, the transverse room temperature mechanical properties of the sheet shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3
Tensile strength%
Alloy grade
2.3 Surface quality
kgf/mm2
Not less than ten
The surface of the corrugated plate should be clean, and no defects such as cracks, corrosion, cracks, and penetrating pores that affect the use are allowed. 2.4 Waveform quality
The wave form of the corrugated plate should be regular and can be overlapped on both sides. 3 Test method
3.1 Chemical composition arbitration analysis method
The chemical composition arbitration analysis of the corrugated plate shall be carried out in accordance with YB788-75 "Chemical Analysis Method for Aluminum Alloys". 3.2 Room temperature mechanical properties test method
Elongation 0
GB4438--84
Before the corrugated plate is formed, the tensile test of the plate shall be carried out in accordance with GB228-76 "Metal Tensile Test Method". 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Inspection and acceptance
The corrugated sheet shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 4.2 Batches
Corrugated sheets shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of the same alloy, state, specification and wave type. 4.3 Inspection items
Each batch of corrugated sheets shall be inspected for dimensional deviation, surface quality and mechanical properties of the sheets at room temperature before the corrugated sheets are formed. 4.4 Sampling quantity
The dimensional deviation and surface quality of each batch of corrugated sheets shall be inspected sheet by sheet. Before the corrugated sheets are formed, 2% of the sheets in each batch shall be taken, but not less than two sheets, and one sample shall be taken from each sheet for tensile test. 4.5 Repeated test
Before the corrugated sheets are formed, if one sample of the mechanical properties test result of the sheet fails, double the number of samples shall be cut from the sheet of the failed sample for repeated test. If one sample still fails after repeated tests, the plate should be scrapped. The supplier can inspect the plate section represented by the unqualified sample one by one, and deliver the qualified ones and scrap the unqualified ones. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
5.1 Marking
Write the brand, state, batch number, wave type code and specification on the top of the corrugated plate that has been accepted into a stack. 5.2 Packaging
Corrugated plates are not oiled or padded with paper, and are simply packed in stacks. Each stack is first wrapped with a layer of paper and a layer of plastic film, and tightened with nylon woven belts; then wrapped with a layer of asphalt paper, and tied up with a box cover. The height of each stack shall not exceed 500mm, and the gross weight of each box shall not exceed 2000kg. 5.3 Transportation and storage
The transportation and storage of corrugated plates shall comply with the provisions of GB3199-82 "Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of aluminum and aluminum alloy processed products".
Quality certificate
Each batch of corrugated sheets shall be accompanied by a quality certificate that complies with the requirements of this standard, which shall indicate: a.
Supplier name,
Alloy grade:
Wave type code;
Specification,
Batch number;
Weight;
Room temperature mechanical properties test results and the stamp of the technical supervision department; This standard number;
Packing date.
