After insulation for 1h, the insulation resistance value between the bare copper wire and the resistor body is measured with a 1000V megohmmeter. - Bare copper wire (Q0.5) 4.6 Power frequency withstand voltage test According to the provisions of Article 3.7 of this standard, the bare copper wire is wound on the terminal cap using the method shown in the figure, and then installed on a special test equipment, the voltage is increased to 22kV, and after holding for 1min, the voltage is evenly reduced to zero. Check with eyes. 4.7 Test of resistance to alarm According to the provisions of Article 3.8 of this standard, after connecting the terminal cap to the spark plug with rubber sleeve, install it on the special test bench. After 5 minutes of testing, visually check the appearance, and then use the instrument with an accuracy of not less than 1% to measure the resistance value between the terminal screw and the joint nut. 4.8 Test of temperature and humidity characteristics According to the provisions of Article 3.9 of this standard, place the test sample in a constant temperature and humidity chamber with a temperature of 40±2°C and a relative humidity of 88%-92%. After 96 hours of storage, take the sample out of the chamber and cool it at room temperature for 15 minutes. Then use the instrument with an accuracy of not less than 1% to measure the resistance value between the terminal screw and the joint nut, and visually check its appearance. 4.9 Test of temperature characteristics 4.9.1According to the provisions of Article 3.10 of this standard, place the test sample in an oven at 120±2°C for 2 hours. Within 1 minute, use the instrument with an accuracy of not less than 1% to measure the resistance value between the terminal screw and the joint nut. 4.9.2 Take the sample out of the test box, cool it for 24 hours, and measure the resistance value between the terminal screw and the joint nut with an instrument with an accuracy of not less than 1%. Durability test According to Article 3.11 of this standard. Carry out according to the test method agreed by the supply and demand. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The terminal cap shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer, and shall be shipped after passing the inspection, and shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate. 13 JB/T6327—92 5.2 The inspection of the terminal cap is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2.1 Factory inspection Factory inspection is divided into one-by-one inspection and sampling inspection. 5.2.1.1 One-by-one inspection The wiring width shall be inspected one by one according to the items specified in Table 1. If it is found that the product does not meet any of the requirements in Table 1, the terminal cap is unqualified. 5. 2. 1. 2 Sampling inspection Sampling inspection should be carried out by randomly selecting samples from qualified products according to GB2828 and Table 2 for testing. Terminal caps should be inspected in batches, and each batch should be terminal caps of the same model manufactured by the same process.
