7.2 Weigh 0.5g of sample with a mass of 10.0, pour into the measuring tube with a funnel and evenly scoop the surface of the tobacco, then put the measuring tube into the base and press the button. Determination of block recharge correction coefficient

A,1.1 Samples are taken at the determined positions and time periods before and after tobacco expansion. The sample mass is about 2000g. When sampling, the tobacco should fall into the container and all parts of the tobacco flow should be obtained. The container should be sealed and marked. A.1.2 The extracted samples before and after expansion are placed in the tobacco storage environment for about 24 hours. A,1.3 After the equilibrium time reaches the requirement, the samples before and after expansion are divided into four equal parts, each with a mass of about 5008, and placed in a dry and sealed container. Mark them for equilibrium in the equilibrium box under four sets of temperature and humidity environmental conditions. Measure the moisture content of the four samples prepared above by the 2h oven method, and determine the filling value according to this standard. A,3 Result calculation
Calculate the average moisture content and filling value of the samples before and after expansion under the four sets of temperature and humidity environmental conditions. Calculate the slope of the filling value to the moisture content by regression method. When the filling value correction coefficient is verified to be effective, the absolute value of the slope is the filling value correction coefficient.
A.4 Validity Verification
After expansion, when the correlation coefficient is greater than or equal to 0.95, the value obtained by substituting the monthly static positive coefficient and the moisture content of 12.5% ​​into the regression equation, that is, the positive filling value is close to the moisture content of 12.5, then the filling value positive coefficient is effective, otherwise the test should be repeated.
Before expansion. When the correlation coefficient is greater than or equal to 0.95, and the correction coefficient and the moisture content of 12.5% ​​are substituted into the regression equation, that is, the correction filling value and the expansion rate calculated by the correction filling value after expansion, if it is close to the investment design index, then the filling value correction coefficient is effective, otherwise the test should be repeated.
