The groove gap can vary in the range of 0 to 6 mm. 3.2 Tighten the horizontal bolts until they support the specimen. The vertical bolts should be tightened with a force wrench with a torque of 1200kgf·cm. 3.3 As shown in Figure 3, weld 4 test welds of about 40 mm in length in sequence, with a weld spacing of about 10 mm. In principle, the welding crater is not filled. 3.4 Take the test piece out of the test device about 10 minutes after welding. 3.5 After the test piece cools down, bend the weld of the test piece axially, observe whether there are cracks on the cross section and measure the crack length.
