4.3The particle shape of FWCuSn10 powder should be irregular. 4.4The color of FWCuSn10 powder (after reduction) should be orange-yellow. There should be no moisture, agglomeration, rust, inclusions, etc. 5 Test method
The sampling method for the determination of chemical composition and physical process properties of FWCuSn10 powder shall be carried out in accordance with GB5314. 5.1
5.2 The determination of copper and tin contents in the chemical composition of FWCuSn10 powder shall be carried out in accordance with GB8002. 5.3 The determination of oxygen content in the chemical composition of FWCuSn10 powder shall be carried out in accordance with GB4164 (the oxygen reduction temperature is specified as 700±15°C). The determination of bulk density of FWCuSn10 powder shall be carried out in accordance with GB1479. 5.41
The determination of particle size composition of FWCuSn10 powder shall be carried out in accordance with GB1480. 5.5
The determination of compressibility of FWCuSn10 powder shall be carried out in accordance with GB1481, and the pressing pressure shall be specified as 392MPa. 5.6
The determination of fluidity of FWCuSn10 powder shall be carried out in accordance with GB1482. 5.7
The particle shape of FWCuSn10 powder shall be inspected by microscope, and the appearance shall be inspected by visual inspection. 5.8
6 Inspection rules
6.1 The quality inspection of the product shall be carried out by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and a quality report shall be issued. 6.2 If the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, double the number of samples of the unqualified items shall be taken for re-inspection according to the provisions of the test method. If it still does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 6.3 The shelf life of the product is six months from the date of leaving the factory (the shelf life of oxygen content is two months). The supplier is not responsible for any quality problems caused by the buyer's failure to keep the product.
6.4 If arbitration is required for quality issues, the supplier and the buyer shall jointly take samples at the buyer's side, but the buyer must provide the original powder. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
Products should have the following markings when leaving the factory:

Waterproof and moisture-proof;
Manufacturer name:
Product date of leaving the factory.
7.2 Products should be tightly sealed when leaving the factory, and the packaging should be firm and reliable to ensure that they will not be damaged or damp under normal circumstances. The product certificate should be attached to the packaging.
7.3 The mode of transportation shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. The product shall not leak or be damp during transportation. 7.4 The product should be stored in a dry place and should be moisture-proof and sun-proof. Additional remarks:
