ICS 25. 140. 30 National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T3390.4-—2004 Replaces GB/T3390.4—1989 Hand operated socket wrenchesAttachments(ISO 3316:1996,Assembly tools for screws and nutsAttachments for hand-operated square drive socket wrenches—Dimension and tests, This standard is revised on the basis of the original national standard GB/T3390.4-1989 "Manual socket wrench connection accessories", and is one of the product series standards for manual socket wrenches. Other standards issued at the same time are as follows: - GB/T3390.1-2004 "Manual socket wrench socket"; GB/T3390.2-2004 "Manual socket wrench transmission square sample and square hole"; - GB/T3390.3-2004 "Manual socket wrench transmission accessories"; - GB/T3390.5-2004 "Manual socket wrench inspection rules, packaging and marking". This standard is modified to adopt the international standard ISO3316:1996 "Screw and nut assembly tools-hand-operated socket wrench accessories and tests" (English version). Taking into account the national conditions of my country, this standard has made some modifications when adopting ISO33161996. The relevant technical differences have been compiled into the text and marked with a vertical single line in the margins of the clauses they involve. A list of these technical differences and their reasons is given in Appendix A for reference. Appendix B shows the chapter and article numbers of the technical differences with ISO3316:1996 for reference. The main differences between this standard and ISO3316:1996 are as follows: some expressions applicable to international standards are changed to expressions applicable to Chinese standards; the torque of transmission accessories is based on ISO3316:1996, and the C level is added according to the actual situation in my country. Compared with the original national standard GB/T3390.4-1989, the main changes of this standard are as follows: the basic dimensions of transmission accessories are added (see 3.4); the strength level b is cancelled, and the two strength levels a and c are retained (see 3.3, Table 2); - some contents are adjusted. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are informative appendices. This standard is proposed by the China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. This standard is drafted by the Shanghai Tool Industry Research Institute, and Shanghai Xingguang Li Ke Tools Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiang Machinery Factory, Jiaxing Xingqiu Tools Co., Ltd. and others participated in the drafting. The main drafters of this standard are Lin Meide, Wang Penggen, Zhang Yufang, Zhu Shiliang, and Wu Zuxun. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are: -GB/T3390.4—1982.GB/T 3390,4—1989. 1 1 Scope Manual socket wrench Connection accessories GB/T3390.4—2004 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of manual socket wrench connection accessories.
