This standard refers to ISO4382/2-1981 "Plain bearings-Copper alloys-Part 2: Wrought copper alloys for single-layer bearings"
1 Subject content
This standard specifies the chemical composition, mechanical and physical properties, test methods and marking of wrought copper alloys used to manufacture single-layer bearings. 2 Reference standards
Metal tensile test methods
GB10452 Plain bearings-Hardness test method for anti-friction alloys for single-layer bearings 3 Chemical composition and mechanical and physical properties
3.1 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of the wrought copper alloy is shown in Table 1. The single value in the table represents the maximum allowable content. The analysis of chemical composition can be carried out in accordance with relevant standards, or by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 3.2 Mechanical and physical properties
The mechanical and physical properties of the standard test bars of forged copper alloys are shown in Table 1. The Brinell hardness values in the table are used as the inspection and acceptance values of forged copper alloys, and the others are recommended values for designers to choose. 4 Mechanical property test methods
The tensile test of forged copper alloys shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228. The hardness test of forged copper alloys shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB10452. 5 Marking example
Bearing alloy CuSn8P, with a minimum Brinell hardness of 120, marking example: Bearing alloy GB10449-CuSn8P-120HB6 General use
The general use of forged copper alloys is shown in Appendix A, approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on February 10, 1989 and implemented on January 1, 1990

This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry, especially high hardness and wear resistance And fatigue strength, good corrosion resistance, the hardness of the matching journal is generally not less than 55HRC. High mechanical strength, wear resistance and fatigue strength, the hardness of the matching journal is generally not less than 55HRC. High mechanical strength and wear resistance, corrosion and oxidation resistance at high temperature and corrosion resistance in atmosphere, fresh water and sea water are good, poor embedding, matched with hardened shaft, the hardness of the journal is generally not less than this standard is under the jurisdiction of the Mechanical Standardization Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry. General use
Applicable to working conditions with heavy load, high sliding speed, impact load or vibration; when matched with hardened shaft, it requires full lubrication and good assembly state, and the hardness is selected according to its working conditions.
Applicable to bearings under poor lubrication working conditions, requiring matching with quenched shafts
Applicable to structural parts under sliding conditions, bearings working in seawater, requiring matching with rate hardened shafts
This standard was drafted by the Mechanical Standardization Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry and the Changchun Automobile Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Wan Chuang and Zhang Baoyi. 23
