According to the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. Jizong [1986] 2630 and Document No. Jizong [1987] 2390, ten standards including "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering" jointly revised by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry and relevant departments have been reviewed by relevant departments. The following standards are now approved as mandatory national standards and will be implemented from December 1, 1998. The original national standards "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Mechanical Equipment Installation Projects" TJ231 and "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Refrigeration Equipment Installation Projects" GBJ66-84 are abolished at the same time. This specification is edited by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry in accordance with the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. 450 (1986), and is edited by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry. Specifically, it was organized by the Installation Engineering Standard and Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and revised in conjunction with the Ministry's Mechanical Science Research Institute, Standardization Research Institute and China Machinery Industry Installation Corporation.
During the revision process, the revision group carefully summarized the experience since the implementation of the original specification; fully investigated and understood the standardization and scientific research results of my country's crushing and grinding equipment manufacturing industry; absorbed new technologies, new materials and new processes in crushing and grinding equipment installation projects. Strictly follow the procedures, steps and requirements of the Ministry of Construction to revise standards and specifications, and finally our department will review and finalize them together with relevant departments.
This specification is divided into 15 chapters and one appendix. The main contents of the revision are as follows: 1. Added vibration mill, R-type pendulum mill, fan coal mill, agricultural and animal husbandry crusher and mill;
2. At present, most of the standards of the crushing and grinding equipment manufacturing industry have adopted international standards or equivalent standards of foreign advanced technologies. This specification is revised according to the latest standards of the industry; 3. Nouns, terms, shape and position tolerances, measurement units, etc. have been greatly revised according to the current national standards or the regulations of the crushing and grinding equipment manufacturing industry. Chapter 1 General
Article 1.0.1 This specification is formulated to guide the construction and acceptance of crushing and grinding equipment installation projects, ensure installation quality and safety, promote technological progress, and improve economic benefits.
Article 1.0.2
This specification applies to the construction and acceptance of crushing and grinding equipment used for crushing and grinding ore, coal, refractory materials, building materials, chemical materials, grain, feed and medicinal materials, from unpacking to no-load trial operation. Chapter 2
General Provisions
Article 2.0.1 The metal guard plate on the wall of the crusher discharge channel should be fixed on the foundation before the machine base is in place, and it must not be fixed on the machine base (Figure 2.0.1). 1. The allowable deviation of the longitudinal and transverse plane position is ±3mm; 2. The allowable deviation of the elevation is ±5mm.
Article 2.0.3 When using gaskets to adjust components, such as adjusting the clearance at the joint of the sliding bearing, adjusting the eccentric sleeve of the crushing cone, etc., it is advisable to use the gaskets attached to the equipment; if used on site, they should be exactly the same as the original gaskets.
Article 2.0.4 The assembly of the crusher bevel gear should meet the following requirements: 1. When there is no provision in the equipment technical documents, the gear meshing clearance should be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the current national standard "General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering"; 2. The contact spots on the gear meshing tooth surface should not be less than 40% along the tooth height and tooth length, and should tend to the middle of the tooth side surface.

and water-cooled bearings and coolers of the equipment shall not only be carried out in accordance with the design regulations, but also comply with the following regulations:
1. The pickling, flushing, purging, painting of the pipeline and the slope of the return oil pipeline shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the current national standard "General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering"; 2. After the assembly of each system, a tightness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the equipment technical documents. The tightness test pressure shall be increased slowly. After reaching the test pressure, the pressure shall be maintained for 10 minutes, and then reduced to the working pressure for inspection. Chapter 3 Jaw Crusher
Article 3.0.1 This chapter applies to the installation of cylinder swing, compound swing and compound swing type fine crushing jaw crushers.
Article 3.0.2 The assembled machine base shall meet the following requirements: 1. The joint surface shall be positioned according to the position specified in the design and all positioning pins shall be installed; 2. The contact of the joint surface shall be close. When the bolts are not tightened, check with a 0.10mm feeler gauge and they shall not be inserted. The length of each section of the local gap shall not be greater than 100mm, and the cumulative length shall not be greater than 10% of the total length of the edge of the joint surface; 3. The preload force of the frame connection bolts shall comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents. The tightening sequence shall be symmetrical and the force shall be uniform;
4. The longitudinal installation level of the machine base shall not be greater than 0.50/1000, and the transverse installation level shall not be greater than 0.20/1000. It shall be measured on the main shaft and the center plane of the bearing; 5. The components on the machine base shall be assembled only after the machine base is aligned, leveled and the anchor bolts are tightened.
Article 3.0.3 When using T-head anchor bolts, their specifications shall comply with the design requirements, and installation shall be carried out in accordance with the current national standard "General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering".
Article 3.0.4 When assembling the movable jaw on site, the bearing of the movable jaw shall be scraped and polished, and the matching between the bearing and the journal shall comply with the following requirements: 1. The contact angle should be 100-120%
2. The number of contact points on the contact surface should not be less than 1 in every 25mm×25mm area;
3. The top clearance should be 1/10001.5/1000 of the journal diameter. Article 3.0.5 The toggle plate and toggle plate pad shall be in even contact, and the gap shall not be greater than 1.5mm per meter; the jaw plate and the bearing surface shall be in even contact, and the gap shall be measured by the maximum size of the jaw plate, and shall not be greater than 3mm per meter. Article 3.0.6 The cooling water and lubricating oil pipelines on the main bearing and connecting rod shall be cleaned before assembly. After assembly on the frame, the system tightness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.0.5 of this specification. Article 3.0.7 The assembly of rolling bearings shall comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents. When assembling non-static and dynamic pressure sliding bearings, the bearing bushes should be scraped and polished, and the matching between the bearing bushes and the journals should meet the following requirements:
1. The contact angle should be 100-120%
2. The number of contact points on the contact surface should not be less than 3 copper bushes in every 25mm×25mm area; the number of bearing alloy bushes should not be less than 2; 3. The top clearance should be 1.2/1000~1.5/1000 of the journal diameter; 4. The clearance on each side should be 50%-75% of the top clearance. Chapter 4 Gyratory Crusher
Article 4.0.1 This chapter applies to the installation of gyratory crushers and hydraulic gyratory crushers.

Before assembling the lining, a layer of alumina cement mortar shall be poured, and its strength shall be one level higher than that of the foundation concrete;
3. The position of the lining shall be adjusted to the required standard, and the cement mortar layer on the lining shall be completely dry before the zinc alloy is poured in. The composition of the zinc alloy is generally: 3%5% aluminum, 2%~4% copper, <0.1% magnesium, and the rest is zinc.
Article 4.0.9 The gap between the flange end face of the middle frame and the base shall be uniform along the circumference, and the deviation shall not be greater than 0.4mm. The connecting bolts must be evenly tightened. The gap between the flange end face of the beam and the middle frame shall be uniform and equal along the circumference, and the deviation shall not be greater than 0.4mm.
