In order to meet the needs of the development of new technologies as soon as possible and to meet the needs of the international standards, this standard refers to 3719 Self-light Piston Pin Specifications 311987 for traditional internal combustion engines: size, structure, requirements , the test standard JB/8118--5 was modified and tested: this standard retains the technical indicators of the acid layer depth requirements of Beijing, and the technical indicators of the chemical requirements of the chemical industry are the total amount of qualitative cost of the table hardness compensation standard and the active tightness of the building and the control of the loss of the current standard. The same department replaces JB/T8118-95. The national internal combustion engine standard is proposed by the Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, the Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, the two mountain active sales rooms, the Xinyang River Gas Engine Parts Factory, and the Xi'an Automobile Parts Factory. 4.1 Piston pin products should be technically approved by the product drawings and technical documents, and comply with the requirements of this standard. 4.2 Materials
The sealing material shall be 20Cr specified in GR659 or 15Cr, 20Cr20Mt2 specified in CB3077. Other structural steels with dynamic and mechanical properties lower than the above materials are allowed. 4.3 Carbon
4.31 The surface of the inner hole of the carbon piston pin shall comply with the provisions of N336. 4.3.22 The depth of the net residual layer shall be the depth of the carbon layer of the piston pin plus the eutectoid layer plus 1/2 of the key layer. The outer surface of the piston pin and the carbon layer depth of the inner surface shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

The structure of the piston pin shall comply with the provisions of NT326. The structure of the piston pin with alloy structure other than NJ32F can be specified in the national standard.
4. Roughness
4.6.1 The outer surface roughness of the piston pin
For piston pins with an outer diameter less than or equal to 50 mm, R. is 0.18 μm; for piston pins with an outer diameter greater than 50 μm, R. is 0.25 μm. 4.6.2 The surface roughness of the piston pin

4.7 Dimension tolerance
4.7.1 Length tolerance of piston piece

If the piston pin is damaged or not used normally due to the manufacturer's manufacturing quality, the manufacturer should replace it free of charge. 4.13 External quality 4.13.1 The transition between the outer corner of the piston pin and the outer stop surface of the piston pin should be smooth. Grinding depressions in the area between the outer surface and the outer angle, the maximum length is 2mm, the maximum depth is 1mm, and only one place is allowed. 4.13.3.2 Grinding defects
Grinding marks on the outer surface and the outer angle are the minimum length of 2ntm, the maximum depth is G.01 mu1, and only one place is allowed. 4.13.4 Grinding marks on the piston pin surface are allowed to have a maximum length of 1/4 of the wall thickness and a maximum depth of 0.2mm, and only one place is allowed. 5 Inspection methods
5.1 Depth of inner layer The inspection of decarburization on the inner hole surface and metallographic structure shall be in accordance with the provisions of NJ36. 5. The inspection of the hardness of the installed hard layer shall be carried out according to the measurement method of GB9450 or GB9451: The test force used to determine the hardness is 3.751kf, which can be measured according to the numerical determination of GB9450 or GB9451. 5.3 Hardness Test
5.3.1 Test of External Surface Hardness
5.3.1.1 The external surface hardness measurement points shall be no less than three points, and the points shall be evenly distributed on the external surfaces. S.3.1.2 When the external surface depth is less than or equal to 0.6m, the surface hardness shall be measured at 340°. Other methods may also be used to measure the surface hardness.
5.3.2 Test of Core Hardness
5.3.2.1 The core hardness measurement surface shall be 10~15mm away from the end face and parallel to the end face. 5.3.2.2 The core hardness shall be measured in the middle position of the unsuitable carbon shadow area. The measurement points shall be no less than three points. 5.3.2.3 If there is any difference in the measured value of the measuring point, two more points near the point may be added for re-testing. 5.4 Surface roughness test
5.4.1 The outer surface roughness is tested by wheel-type reverse test. 5.4.2 The supersurface roughness is tested by comparison method. 5.5 Size test
5.5.1 Inspection of piston pin outer diameter
5.5, 1. The inspection of piston pin outer diameter shall be carried out on three cross sections. Each bearing surface shall be measured in two mutually perpendicular directions. The measuring points shall be evenly distributed along the axis. The maximum value of the measured values shall be taken as the inspection result of the outer diameter. 5.5.1.2 The outer diameter of the piston pin at both ends shall be tested by projection test with the axial length of the center area and the maximum outer diameter.
5.5.3 Problems of outer chamfer
The radius of the outer chamfer after the chamfer shall be tested by projection test. 5.5.3 Length inspection
Length inspection shall be measured with two planes perpendicular to the axis of the outer ring. The measuring plane shall be able to contact the end face of the piston pin, or the piston pin shall be placed perpendicular to the V-shaped block of the plate and measured with a dial indicator. 5.5.4 The inspection of the bore diameter shall be measured in two perpendicular directions at the estimated cross section, see Figure 3. 5.6 Verification of shape and position tolerances
5.6.1 Coaxiality inspection
The coaxiality value is the measured value of the larger value of the wall thickness difference and is checked at any cross section - see Figure 35
5.6.2 Straightness inspection with face to outer ring

Position the live pin in the shape change: one end of the pin is tightly V-shaped with a period of uniformity. When the live pin rotates, use a dial indicator to measure. The measuring device is shown in Figure 4. Figure 4 measures the verticality of the end face of the outer circle.

6.1 Piston pins shall be inspected and rectified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. 6.2 When accepting product quality, the sampling plan shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB2628. The qualified quality level AL value of piston pin products shall be newly determined by the supplier,
Forget, packaging. Transportation, storage
7.1 Each piston shall be marked with the manufacturer's special mark according to the product drawing. The mark shall remain intact during the entire service life of the piston.
7.2 The pistons shall be cleaned and oil-sealed before packaging, and wrapped with strong neutral paper that is not waterproof, and then put into the packaging. Each box shall be packed with pistons of the same model and size group:

7.4 Each packaging tray shall have a product quality certificate signed by the manufacturer's technical inspector.
