This standard is applicable to the surface of the work with sound effects, wool, tufted feeling and other types of clothing. 2 Scope
Six standards are set in June.
2.1 Decaying combustion surlacebl.1
Only the surface of a material is released
2.2 Surface burning time au:faceburninstim Under specified conditions, the time required for the velvet of the fabric to burn to a specified distance. 3 Corridor
Under the test conditions, ignite the velvet surface of the dry sample vertically near the top, and then extend the fire to the surface of the material downward until the number of marks is indicated: the fire on the charcoal surface must stop at the bottom and reach the top, and the product can be proved to be soft and soluble!
1 Health and safety of test personnel
The burning of textiles may contain gases that may affect the health of test personnel. Appropriate measures should be taken after the test to ensure that the required test conditions are met.
5 Equipment and materials
5.1 Composition of test equipment
The smoke produced by burning is isolating. The material composition during the test should not be affected by smoke erosion and should be easy to clean. 5.2 Sample clamp The test device is about 15\m long, sm wide and 5mm thick (Figures 1 and 3 are made of stainless steel so that the exposed surface of the test device is 12mr: × mm. There is a marking line on the holder. It is located 75mm below the ignition point. bzxz.net

Under the dark light, place the igniter vertically and place the flame under the cover. Adjust the flame height so that the igniter is pre-sold to the end of the fluorescent flame. The distance is mm + 2mt8.3 Place the ignition belt vertically or the surface of the sample holder or when there is a distance of 1:m between the top end of the igniter and the surface of the sample holder, in order to make the ignition start mark, mark the position of the igniter and the sample holder, and this position must be changed. 8.4 Cool the test mold holder so that it is within the specified temperature difference with the ambient temperature, clamp the sample in the holder, if the direction of the ignition belt is the same as the direction of the change, the surface hair can be pressed down. 8.5 Use the brushing device described above to brush the surface of the sample once, and then brush it again. 8.6 Place the holder containing the sample in the position determined in 8.3: 8.7 When the igniter is ignited by the stopwatch, the flame is turned off for more than 1 minute, and the sample is dried again. Record whether the flame is extinguished by the stopwatch. If it is delayed, measure the time to reach the mark 75m below the ignition point.
8.9 For other test columns, during the test, the sample holder should be cooled (see 3.4), cleaned and dried. 8.10 If only one sample is found to be ignited, another sample should be tested. 9 Test report
The test report should include the following contents:
a) The test is carried out in accordance with this standard. If there are any changes, please indicate the details. b) The width of the sample:
c) If the width of the sample is less than 75 mm, the width should be indicated. d) The state of the sample: "original" or "after cleaning the sample used". e) Whether the sample is ignited: Yes. Flame spread: [) Whether the flame on the surface of the filter can be extinguished when it reaches the marked area. The number of samples to reach the calibration load; the time for the surface of the sample to burn the carbon grade of the fabric, the direction of the fabric, the minimum burning time (if the degree is %. After the new test, only one sample burns to the Darling record, the record is the table burning time); if the table burns to the marked line during the ignition period, then the table burning time is also 15: the test temperature and relative humidity are not consistent during the test period and the test method. The test results are not for assessing the hazards suffered by the fabric in an actual fire. 41 Description GB/T 87/2520C1 Appendix A (Standard Appendix) Description of the igniter and foil structure The igniter can provide appropriate fire training, and the firearm can negotiate and adjust the time schedule.
