Implementation date: November 1, 1994 1 The main meeting of the board of directors held by the process system professionals in the engineering design, 1 Pipeline instrument flow chart version B (internal version) review meeting (also known as PI diagram internal meeting) The process system professionals will complete the H version of the drawing after a large amount of engineering system calculation and design, and after consultation with various professionals, except for objective conditions. This version is the latest version of the process system professional, which is prepared for the design department to check and solicit opinions. The copied version should be sent to the technical department and relevant professionals one week before the review and evaluation meeting. The design manager will host the version B review and evaluation meeting. The meeting will conduct a comprehensive review of the version. Technical departments, art professionals, control professionals, equipment and piping professionals, and design professionals will participate in the public discussion and internal audit meeting. Each professional will be reviewed separately. Participants will review the process, auxiliary materials, public materials, equipment, pipelines, special pipe fittings, all instruments, start-up and shutdown pipelines, insulation and necessary discharge, venting, and effectiveness procedures. The process system design leader will make a review record and will indicate the correct opinions in the next version (i.e. the production version).

In the engineering design stage, chemical process professionals will complete this project: schedule (or network diagram) After the work of publishing professional materials, the design manager or the person in charge should host the process conference of the chemical process professional. The relevant drawings published at the conference should be submitted to the relevant professionals attending the meeting one week before the meeting for the preparation of various professionals to raise questions and jointly study and solve the raised questions. Professionals of the process system participate in the process conference and have a detailed understanding of the relevant documents and materials of this profession. Such as: the reasons for continuous or intermittent production of the device, the limit of the installation volume and the connection with other downstream or external facilities: the requirements of the chemical process for the public: the flow chart of the chemical process: the product classification, the catalyst and chemicals and the initial consideration of activation and remodeling technology, parking, accident prevention measures and accident handling: the accident situation and improvement measures and handling methods in previous similar projects: production safety and labor hygiene considerations + requirements for special materials. : Three wastes treatment measures, problems existing in the design, etc., to lay a good foundation for the next step of the process system professional to carry out comprehensive work. 2.0.2 Equipment layout review meeting
In the engineering design stage, the equipment layout professional will make an equipment layout for review based on the technical drawings proposed by the chemical process professional, the equipment standards proposed by the process system professional, the suction pressure head and equipment schematics, pump appearance and maximum event conditions, etc. Before the meeting, the drawings will be sent to each professional oil design manager to preside over the equipment layout review meeting (short for NPSH review meeting), and the task leader will make a comprehensive evaluation of the equipment layout. Process system professionals will participate, mainly to discuss whether the layout drawings meet the requirements of this profession for equipment layout, the equipment standards that can be required for complete size (self-circulation between steel and steam drum: natural circulation of boiler, etc.), and the equipment height of the net III suction head of the star pump, etc. 2.03 Model review meeting and instrument rate Positioning meeting
After the version of the drawing and the version of the pipeline naming table are published, the pipeline professional will draw the pipeline plane diagram and carry out the contract design. When the design reaches a certain stage, the design manager will preside over the model review meeting and the instrument positioning meeting. At the meeting, the chemical process professional, the self-analysis professional, the process system professional will agree on the location of the instrument and the sampling point. The process system professional will check whether the model design meets the requirements according to the version of the drawing. The negotiation will solve any problems.
According to the size of the project and the complexity of the project, the model review meeting and the instrument positioning meeting can be held in combination with the above requirements. The two meetings can be held separately: 2. Pipeline plane section design drawing publication meeting
The pipeline professional can comprehensively design the pipeline surface according to the approved version and the approved equipment layout. In the detailed design, due to various reasons, the construction professional may make a decision! If there are any individual modifications or changes, the design manager will host a meeting to present the piping plan. At the meeting, the process system professionals will discuss and resolve these changes with the professional consultants. 2.0.5 Vendor Coordination Meeting
The Vendor Coordination Meeting (VCM) is a meeting with the manufacturer to discuss and sign the contract. The meeting is divided into two stages, the first stage is the technical meeting, and the second stage is the business meeting. The process system professionals may attend the first-level meeting when necessary.
If the process system professionals need to attend the meeting, the participants should make sufficient technical preparations before attending the meeting. In the meeting, the process system professionals will strive to obtain the latest and detailed technical data and relevant technical regulations and requirements from the manufacturer, and clarify the scope of supply and design, so that the project can start the professional design work as soon as possible.
