5 Processing and Assembly quality
5.1 Saw frame, bed, column, main transmission box and other important parts. Generally, aging treatment such as thermal aging or vibration aging should be carried out after rough machining. 5.2 Wear-resistant measures should be adopted for worktables, columns, feeding guide rail pairs, working guide rail pairs, raceway working surfaces, etc., and comply with design requirements. 5.3 The following joint surfaces shall be assessed according to the requirements of "important fixed joint surfaces": the joint surface between the workbench and the workbench plate.

Its value should comply with the requirements specified in 6.6.1 of GB/T90611988. 6.2 Start the hydraulic system, and under the rated working pressure, the saw frame performs the idling operation with the main movement. The idling operation test at low, medium and high feed speeds is carried out. When the oil reaches a stable temperature, measure the oil temperature and temperature rise. The machine tool’s idling power should meet the design requirements. 6.7 Machine tool safety protection should comply with the relevant regulations of GB16454. 6.8 There should be no abnormal screams and impact sounds when the machine tool is running, and the sound pressure level of the entire machine should not exceed 85dB (A). The measurement method of machine tool noise sound pressure level shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T16769. 6.9 Inspecting the working condition of the machine tool electrical system should comply with the relevant regulations of GB/T5226.1. 6.10.
