3 Test conditions
Test site
Inspection procedures for forage seeds
Inspection procedures for crop seeds
Grain seeds
Test methods for agricultural machinery production
Determination methods for dust in the air of the workplace
Main cultivated forage grass seeds of the Leguminosae Quality classification Vegetable seeds
The test site should be selected in a room with a flat and solid floor. The machine should be installed on the ground with a space height of not less than 4m and an area of not less than 10m.
3.2 Test Prototype
Before the test, the machine should be installed and debugged according to the instructions to make it reach normal working condition. Determine the main technical parameters of the prototype, and record the results in Table 1; record the adjustment results of the relevant parts of the prototype in Table 2; conduct preliminary tests on the parts to be tested. The results are recorded in Table 3.3 Test Materials
The materials used for the test should be seeds suitable for spiral separator sorting. The original purity of grain seeds, vegetable seeds and forage seeds should reach the third level or above specified in GB4404: GB8079 and GB6141 respectively. The moisture content of the seeds used for the test should comply with the provisions of GB4404 for grain seeds, GB8079 for vegetable seeds, and GB2930 for forage seeds.
Before the test, the original purity and dry grain weight of the test seeds should be initially measured. The sampling method and the determination method shall be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in GB3543, GB2930 and GB8079, and the results shall be recorded in Table 4. 3.4 Test instruments, equipment and tools
For details of the test instruments, equipment and tools, please refer to Appendix A (reference). The instruments and equipment used must be within the calibration cycle. 4 Performance test
4.1 Test purpose
The performance index and technical and economic index of the machine shall be evaluated through the test. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 18, 1994
Implementation on July 1, 1995
4.2 Test requirements
JB/T 7291-~94
During the performance test, the working state of the machine shall not be changed, and the determination of various indicators shall be carried out at the same time. The duration of performance test shall not be less than 30min. The sampling quantity shall be 100~2000g (depending on the crop variety), and the number of repetitions shall not be less than 3 times. The average value shall be calculated. 4.3 Test content and method
The performance test results shall be recorded in Table 5.
4.3.1 Productivity
When the machine is in normal continuous operation, weigh the sum of the weight of the materials discharged from each outlet of the spiral separator during the measurement time, and calculate it according to the following formula: E
Where: E—Productivity, kg/h;
ZEs——The sum of the weight of the materials discharged from each outlet during the measurement time, kg; t—Measurement time, h.
4.3.2 Clarity
From the samples for measuring productivity, samples shall be taken for clarity inspection. The sampling and measurement methods shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.2 of GB3543 and Chapter 4 of GB2930.
4.3.3 The method for determining thousand-grain weight is the same as that in Article 3.3 of this standard. The results of cleanliness and dry grain weight determination are recorded in Table 5. 4.3.4 Good seed content in the secondary seed outlet
During the determination time, determine the weight of good seeds discharged from the secondary seed outlet as a percentage of the sample weight. Gs
Where: S2 Good seed content in the secondary seed outlet, %G2—sample weight+g:
Gs——weight of good seeds in the secondary seed, g. 4.3.5 Dust concentration
Carry out in accordance with the provisions of GB5748.
5 Production test
5.1 Test purpose
Evaluate the economical use, reliability, performance stability, regional applicability, and convenience of adjustment and maintenance of the machine under production conditions. Safety and durability of wearing parts.
5.2 Test requirements
5.2.1 There shall be no less than 2 production test prototypes. 5.2.2 The assessment time of the production test shall not be less than 40 hours. 5.3 Test content
5.3.1 During the production test, three operation quality checks shall be carried out at an interval of 10 hours. The check content includes productivity, purity, and the content of good seeds in the second seed export. The check shall be carried out according to the methods specified in Articles 4.3.1, 4.3.2 and 4.3.3 of this standard, and the results shall be recorded in Table 6. Random records and fault records shall be made during the production test, and the results shall be recorded in Tables 7 and 8. 5.3.2 During the production test, a real-time record shall be made, from which the operation time and non-operation time shall be sorted out, and the results shall be recorded in Table 6. la. 5.3.3 Calculation of technical and economic indicators, the results are recorded in Table 9. According to the method specified in GB5667, calculate the pure working hour productivity, operation hour productivity, shift hour productivity, man-hour productivity, reliability of use, convenience of adjustment and maintenance, shift time utilization and operation cost. 5.3.4 After the production test is completed, retest the wearing parts that need to be evaluated. The results are recorded in Table 3. 6
