JB/T10045.1--1999 Thermal cutting methods and classification JB/T10045.2-1999 Thermal cutting JB/T 10045. 3-1999 3 Definitions Thermal cutting Terms and definitions Gas cutting quality and dimensional deviation Gas cutting surface quality samples are samples that characterize the different grade values of the flatness (u) and cut depth (h) of the gas cutting surface. The grade values are specified by JB/T10045.3. 4 Manufacturing method 4.1 The sample can be manufactured by one of the following methods: a) electroforming replication, b) injection molding replication; c) precision casting replication. 4.2 The surface of the original master mold used to replicate the sample must be a real cutting surface that reflects the characteristics of the gas-cut surface flatness (u) and cut depth (h) to be characterized, and must comply with the provisions of JB/T10045.3. 5 Surface characteristics 5.1 The texture of the sample surface should show the gas-cut texture characteristics it is intended to represent. 5.2 The color of the sample surface is required to be similar to the color of the actual cutting in production. 6 Form, size and parameters of the sample 6.1 The structural form of the sample should facilitate the comparison of the cutting surface and its own detection. 6.2 Each set of samples consists of 14 different samples, and the size and grade of the sample should comply with the provisions of Table 1. The probe angle is required to be 90°, the probe radius is ≤0.1mm, and the allowable error of the measuring instrument is 0.02mm. 7.2 Determination of the cut depth (h) value Measurement is carried out by a precision measuring instrument that continuously detects along the cutting direction at two-thirds of the upper surface of the cut. The probe angle is required to be ≤90°, the probe radius is ≤0.01mm, and the allowable error of the measuring instrument is 0.002mm. 8 Marking Www.bzxZ.net The sample must have the following markings: a) JB/T 10045.5; b) Quality grade of flatness (u) and cut depth (h); c) Applicable cutting thickness of the sample block; d) Supervised by Harbin Welding Research Institute; e) Manufacturer name and product serial number.
