This standard specifies the types and parameters of plastic bag heat pressure sealing machines, technical requirements, test methods and inspection regulations. This standard applies to plastic bag heat pressure sealing machines (hereinafter referred to as heat pressure sealing machines) with thermoplastic plastic films and their composite films as packaging materials (hereinafter referred to as heat pressure sealing machines). 4.1 The sealing machine shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The sealing machine shall have the following equipment:
Temperature adjustment or time delay adjustment device, and shall have corresponding indicator dial; b) The continuous sealing machine shall have sealing belt, tension adjustment, speed adjustment, sealing interval adjustment and cooling devices; c) When the reverse sealing machine is used in conjunction with an automatic packaging production line, it shall have a guide device. The speed of the conveying belt of the guide device is synchronized with the sealing belt.
4.3 The heater should be made of materials with stable thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and temperature aging resistance. 4.4 The sealing belt and the sealing target plate should have anti-sticking function (that is, the plastic film does not stick to it during sealing). 4.5 The parts of the sealing machine must be inspected and matched before they can be assembled. Purchased parts must have a certificate of conformity. 4. Except for portable type, the operating temperature fluctuation value of the sealing machine is not more than ±5℃, and the operating temperature fluctuation value of the portable sealing machine is not more than ±104.9 The average and trouble-free working time (MTBP) of the portable sealing machine is not less than 300h, and the continuous sealing machine is not less than 500h4.10 The sealing machine should be insulated and grounded, and the resistance between the main terminal and any related metal parts that may be charged should not be less than 0.1%. 4.11 The electrical system of the sealing machine must withstand a 1min withstand voltage test: no breakdown. The minimum test voltage is 1500V (for civil design requirements, such high test voltage components such as galvanometers, capacitors, and other equipment should be disconnected before endurance testing. 14.12 When the machine is running, its noise value should be less than 75dB (A). 4.13 The outer shell of the machine should be flat and should not have defects such as bumps. The electrical parts should be bright, smooth, without punctures, etc. 4.14 Other safety and health performance of the seal should comply with the provisions of 0B5083. 4.15 Under the condition that the user complies with the storage, installation and use regulations of the product, within 18 months from the date of delivery and within 12 months from the date of installation by the user, if the product cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge (excluding vulnerable parts). 5 Test method
5.1 Test operation
5.1.1 The ambient temperature shall not be lower than 1W℃.
5.1.2 The power supply voltage is (220±10)V. 5.1.3 The operation of the sealing machine should be stable.
5.2 Idle running test
The continuous sealing machine should first be tested for idle running, and the continuous running time should be no less than 1 hour, and should meet the requirements of 4.6: 5.3 Needle non-speed test
531 The continuous sealing machine uses a tachometer (with an accuracy of not less than 0.1 μm) to measure the speed of the sealing ring belt, and conducts it for 1 minute each time, for a total of 5 times. Then calculate the average value, which should meet the requirements of Table 1. 53.2 The timer is tested with a stopwatch to verify the number of times the timer is running. Repeat the test 3 times. The average value calculated at the end shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. At the same time, the quality of the sealing machine assembly shall comply with the requirements of 4.6. 5.4 Sealing temperature control test
Set the sealing machine flow to the limit value of the specified deceleration adjustment range, and use a spot thermometer to test the temperature value of the middle part of the heating device. The temperature value shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
5.5 Time quality test

The material composition of the plastic bag to be tested shall comply with the provisions of Table 2, and the material inside shall be 500g of water-free 5.5. Strength test
Take any 25 bags of plastic bags uniformly sealed by the sealing machine, and take 1 sample from the left, middle and right parts of the seal of the same bag, for a total of 75 samples for testing. Each sample is 15mm wide, multiplied by the length of the seal. The vertical length is 50mm, and the 180% expansion length is 100mm. The two ends of the sample with the seal between them are respectively placed in the fire tool of the dynamic testing machine. The distance between the tools is 50mm, and the test speed is; (center 0±20: mm ratio). Read the maximum load when the sample breaks. The lowest value among the maximum loads of all samples is the seal strength value, and it should comply with the provisions of Table 2
s.51 Speed reduction test
Take any 25 bags of plastic package sealed by the sealing machine for test, put the test package into two pressure plates, and put the test paper on the bottom plate. The surface area of the pressure plate should be at least twice the projected area of the test load when placed flat, and its surface should be smooth. Use the code to gradually load to the specified load and keep it for 1min. The test result should meet the requirements of 4.7b. 5.6 Temperature fluctuation value test
Take any 1 bag at a time, and test the middle part of the material heating device with a point thermometer at every 2m interval. The temperature change value meets the requirements of 4.8
5.7 Reliability test
Comprehensively evaluate the test report of the statutory testing agency or the original data provided by the user. Both sides have equal validity: the results of section 4. shall meet the requirements.

When the sealing machine is in normal working state, use a wattmeter to test the total power of the sealing machine, and then test the unit energy according to its production speed. The sample should meet the requirements of 1:

6. Delivery inspection
6.1.! Each sealing machine must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and attached with a product certificate before it can leave the factory. 6.1.2 The inspection items are 4.1-4.6, 4.74, 4.10, 4.11, 4.13, 4.14, etc. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 The sealing machine shall be subject to type inspection in any of the following situations: a) In normal production, type inspection shall be conducted once a year; b) When production is stopped for more than one year and then put into production again; d) When there are major changes in the structure, process and materials of the product, which may affect the performance of the product; d) When the test and finalization of new products and old products are completed; 6.2.2 Type inspection test items shall include all the contents in the technical requirements of this standard. 6.13 For type inspection, 5% of the bottles in the batch shall be sampled, but not less than 2 sets. If 1 set is unqualified, it shall be sampled. If there are any unqualified ones, the whole batch shall be inspected.
