The export license message consists of segments, each of which lists the status, type and length of the data element in UN/EDIFACT and its correspondence with this part, and makes appropriate comments and explanations. The segments are listed in the order in which they appear in the message. The segment or segment group marker is followed by the M (mandatory)/C (conditional) indicator, the maximum number of repetitions and the segment description. From left to right, the first column is the data element tag and name, and the second column is the status (M or C), type and length of the data element in EDIFACT. The above information constitutes the original EDIFACT segment format definition. The third and fourth columns are specific to this part. The third column is the status indicator of the use of EDIFACT data, and the fourth column is the description and the code value used for the specific data element in the message. In addition to the code values in GB/T16833-2002, this part also uses the national standard code and the Ministry of Commerce code. When the national standard code is used, its standard release number is listed in the segment notes; when the code in GB/T16833-2002 and the Ministry of Commerce code are used, its specific code value is listed in the fourth column. The mandatory (M) data element in the EDIFACT segment remains unchanged in this part. The conditional (C) data element in the EDIFACT segment is further agreed upon in this part according to actual business needs. Three states can be expressed by abbreviations, which are listed as follows: - Mandatory M indicates that the data element is required and must be sent; - Conditional C indicates that the data element is optional and can be sent according to user requirements; - Not used N indicates that the data element is not used and should be omitted. If a composite data element is marked as N, the status indicator column of all data elements in the composite data element is blank. The segment format description of the export license message is shown in Tables 1 to 20. 3
