Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 18, 1994 and implemented on December 1, 1994 GB/T 15064.3-94 Schematic diagram of masking tape 1 Glass slide; 2-Heat-resistant tape 4.1.1.3 Prepare the sample according to the provisions of Chapter 3 of GB/T15064.1. Apply the mixed sample evenly on the glass slide with a brush or writing brush. 4.1.1.4 Place the coated test piece on a horizontal test bench and let it stand and dry, then remove the heat-resistant tape and place the test piece in a drying oven at 105-110℃ and bake for 30 minutes. 4.1.1.5 Place the test piece in an electric furnace at 420℃ and heat for 30 minutes. Take it out and place it in a drying oven at 105~~110℃, bake for 15 minutes, and then move it into a dryer to cool for 10 minutes. 4.1.1.6 Weigh the coating test piece (accurate to 0.0001g) and calculate the net weight of the coating. The mass of the coating on each test piece should be within the range of 0.0150~~0,0300g, otherwise make a new test piece. 4.1.2 Preparation of test pieces of graphite emulsion for color picture tubes and conductive graphite emulsion for black and white picture tubes 4.1.2.1 Take two dry slides, wipe them clean and weigh them according to the provisions of 4.1.1.1. 4.1.2.2 Prepare the sample according to the provisions of Chapter 3 of GB/T15064.1. Take 200mL of the mixed sample and put it into the container of the spray gun. 4.1.2.3 Place the glass slide on the spray rack in the fume hood at an angle of 20° and spray with a spray gun according to the conditions in the table below. Item Nozzle aperture, mm Pressure, MPa Spraying method Spraying distance, mm Spraying speed, mm/s Number of spraying 0.35~0.40 Vertical spraying 4 (two round trips) 4.1.2.4 After spraying, dry the coating test piece naturally for 20 minutes, put it in a drying oven at 105~110℃ for 60 minutes, and then move it into a dryer to cool for 10 minutes. 4.1.2.5 Weigh the coating test piece (accurate to 0.0001g) and calculate the net weight of the coating. The mass of the coating on each test piece should be within the range of 0.500~0.800g, otherwise the test piece should be remade. 4.2 Determination of resistivity 4.2.1 Place the test piece with the coating side facing down horizontally on the mercury electrode so that the coating surface contacts the mercury. Place a 50g code in the center of the test piece and measure the resistance with a resistance meter to the integer digit of the ohm value reading. 4.2.2 Move the test piece to the left and right by 2mm each and measure twice more. Measure the resistance value of each test piece three times and take the average value. 5 Calculation of results 5.1 The resistivity p (α·cm) of the graphite emulsion of the picture tube is calculated according to the following formula, retaining two decimal places. 308 Wherein: R-film resistance, Q; M-film mass, g. D-film density, 2.2g/cm; L-—film length, cm; L,-—electrode spacing, 4. 0Ocm. GB/T 15064.3-94 The arithmetic mean of the values measured on the two test pieces is taken as the test result.
