3.2 The plan view and dimensions of the cutting edge of the right-angle cutter and crescent-shaped cutter are shown in Figures 2 and 3.3.3 The dimensions of the grinding part and cutting edge angle of the cutter are shown in Figure 4.3.4 The material of the cutter should be alloy steel to ensure the accuracy of the inner cavity size of the cutter and the service life of the cutter. 3.5 The blade wall of the cutter should have a certain thickness to prevent the cutter from deforming when cutting the sample. The cutting edge of the cutter should be kept sharp and should not have notches or curling to prevent the cut sample from being serrated and affecting the test results. 3.6
3.7 The cutter should be equipped with a sample withdrawal device and an interface connected to the cutting machine. 4: Technical requirements
Appearance requirements
The cutter should not have cracks, rust spots and other stains, and the cutting edge should not have curling, chipping and white blades. The grinding part should not have obvious machining marks.
4.2 Hardness
The hardness of the cutter should be HRC55-60
4.3 Roughness
The grinding part of the cutter should be ground inside and outside, with a roughness of 0.8μm, and the roughness of other parts should not be greater than 3.2μm. 4.4 Cutting force cutting edge size
The flat size of the cutting edge of the dumbbell-shaped cutter should comply with the table! The width deviation of any point of the narrow parallel part of the dumbbell-shaped cutter shall not exceed 0.05mm. 4.4.2
The plane dimensions of the blade of the right-angle cutter shall comply with the dimensions in Figure 2, and the plane dimensions of the blade of the crescent-shaped cutter shall comply with the dimensions in Figure 3. 4.4.4
4.4.5 The flatness error of the blade of each type of cutter shall not exceed 0.02mm. 4.5 Cutting
Use the cutter to cut the rubber sample of the standard formula for identification of natural raw rubber. The cut surface of the sample shall be smooth and flat without obvious cut marks. 4.5.1
Use the dumbbell-shaped cutter to cut five vulcanized rubber samples and make a fracture strength test. 4.6 Service life
The normal cutting life of the cutter should be more than 10,000 times. 5 Test method

Accuracy <1HRC
c. Roughness standard comparison block
d. Standard arc sample
e. Rubber tensile testing machine
5.1 Appearance inspection test
Carefully observe all parts of the cutter, and they should all meet the requirements of Article 4.1. 5.2 Hardness test
Measure four points symmetrically at the right and left edges of both sides of the L side about 10mm above the cutting edge of the cutter, and they should all meet the requirements of Article 4.2. 5.3 Roughness test
Compare the roughness of various parts of the cutter with a standard roughness comparison block. It should meet the requirements of Article 4.3. 5.4 Dimension deviation test of the cutting edge of the cutter
HG/T2645-94
5.4.1 Use a tool microscope to check the length dimension of the cutting edge of the dumbbell-shaped cutter, and use a tool microscope or a standard arc template to check the arc dimension of the cutter. They should meet the requirements of Article 4.4.1. 5.4.2 Take a point at 2mm inside the straight line segment of the intersection of the left and right arcs and the straight line of the narrow part of the dumbbell-shaped cutter, and take a point in the middle, and check with a tool microscope. The deviation of any point should meet the requirements of Article 4.4.2. 5.4.3 Use a tool microscope to check the length of the right-angle cutter's edge, the distance and angle between the corner vertex and the arc tangent, and use a tool microscope or arc template to check the arc dimensions of the cutter. They should all comply with the requirements of Article 4.4.3. 5.4.4 Use a tool microscope to check the tangent spacing between the tops of the two arcs in the middle of the crescent-shaped cutter, and use a tool microscope or a standard arc template to check the arc dimensions of the remaining parts of the cutter. They should all comply with the requirements of Article 4.4.4. 5.4.5 Use a tool microscope to check the flatness error of the cutter's edge. It should comply with the requirements of Article 4.4.5. 5.5 Cutting test
5.5.1 Use a cutter to cut natural rubber pure rubber formula rubber sample, check its cut surface, it should meet the requirements of Article 4.5.1. 5.5.2 Use a cutter to cut 5 vulcanized rubber samples with a breaking strength of 25-30MPa, print the gauge length, record the left and right directions, and use a rubber tensile testing machine to perform a breaking strength test. Observe the breaking position, it should meet the requirements of Article 4.5.2. 5.6 Life test
5.6.1 Cut a series of vulcanized rubber sheets with a strength of 25-30MPa. with a cutter for 10,000 times, and before cutting and after 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, 10000 times of cutting, use the same formula of natural rubber pure rubber formula rubber, rubber shoe outsole rubber, tire tread rubber, tire inner layer rubber to conduct a breaking strength test. Take 20 sheets of each rubber type for each test. The change rate of each test result of each rubber type compared with the test result before cutting shall not exceed 10%. 5.6.2 The calculation method of the test results shall comply with the provisions of GB/T528. 6 Inspection rules
Each cutter must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and stamped with the inspection certificate of the relevant department before leaving the factory. 6.1 Inspection of cutting knives is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection is carried out according to the requirements of 4.1 to 4.5, and type inspection is carried out according to the requirements of 4.1 to 4.6. 6.2 Cutting knives shall be subjected to type inspection under the conditions specified in HG/T2382.3 Sampling and verification rules for type inspection shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382 1 Packaging and storage requirements
The cutter should be coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped with plastic cloth when packaging, and the space in the box should be filled with foam plastics to protect the cutting edge of the cutter from being damaged.
