This standard is a revision of Technical Specification 3 of ZV72025-1989 Interfacial Tension Meter. During the revision, 2HN72025-1989 was revised according to the review of G/T Standardization Work Guide 3. The continental test positioner specified in this standard is not equivalent to the national standard IS0149:15 Plastic rubber polymer split and latex (unintegrated and artificial) surface tension measurement (by method), which meets the zero requirement of the international standard for the interfacial tension meter. This standard has changed from 7.RN72025-1989 in the following major technical contents. A foreword has been added: Taking into account the characteristics of the industry, the "Inspection Rules" (see Chapter S) have been rewritten; "Marking, Packaging, Transportation and Compensation" has been greatly modified, and the basic standard T61471992 (see Chapter 6) has been quoted. The original industry standard ZBN72 (25-1989 of the People's Republic of China) has been revised. The original standard is published by China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Testing Standards Acceptance Committee. The originators of this standard are Changchun Testing Machinery Research Institute and Chengde Testing Machinery Factory. The main originators of this standard are An Zonghua, Zhao Lingyun, Yongxiang. This standard was first issued in March 1989 with the professional standard number ZBN72U25-1989. 1 Scope Technical conditions for surface tension meter JB/T9388-2002 The standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of surface tension meter. This standard applies to 0mNm--200mNm dynamic and electric surface tension meter Instrument (hereinafter referred to as tension instrument) 2 Normative reference documents
