This standard is a revision of QB/T1977-1994 "Lipstick", and the following contents are mainly modified: Added reference to GB5296.3 "General Labeling of Cosmetics Instructions for Use of Consumer Products" QB/T1977-2004
Net content is implemented in accordance with the State Bureau of Technical Supervision Order [1995] No. 43 "Regulations on Metrological Supervision of Quantitative Packaged Goods" This standard was proposed by the China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Flavors, Fragrances and Cosmetics. This standard was drafted by Avon (China) Co., Ltd., Jin Yue-Sai-Coty Cosmetics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Amway (China) Daily Products Co., Ltd.
The main drafters of this standard are Huang Shaoxu, He Yongfu, Feng Wenjuan, Zeng Jianling. This standard was first issued in July 1994, and this is the first revision. This standard shall replace the light industry standard QB/T1977-1994 lipstick issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry from the date of implementation. 1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of lipstick. This standard applies to lip care products made of oils, fats, waxes, and immune elements. 2 Normative references

Should be loaded and unloaded lightly, and stacked according to the icons on the boxes. Avoid severe vibration, impact, sun and rain. 6.4 Purchase and storage
QB/T 19772004
Should be stored in a normal temperature, ventilated and dry warehouse with a temperature not higher than 38℃, and should not be close to water sources, stoves or heaters. When stored, it should be at least 20cm away from the ground and at least 50cm away from the inner wall, and there should be a passage in the middle. Put it according to the icons on the boxes and strictly follow the first-in-first-out principle. 6.5 Shelf Life
Under the prescribed transportation and storage conditions, and provided the product packaging is intact and not shoulder-sealed, the shelf life shall be as indicated on the sales packaging.
