The classification of unqualified items of each inspection item shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 6.4 Inspection method 6.4.1 Factory inspection method 6.4.1.1 Factory inspection is carried out according to the normal sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. The qualified quality level shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 6.4.1.2 Sample Selection Samples for batch inspection shall be randomly selected from the inspection batches to be inspected. 6.4.1.3 Determination of the Quality of Single Products The quality of single products shall be determined according to the grouping provisions in Table 2. If one or more Class B items are found to be unqualified, the product shall be judged to be unqualified. Class C items shall not be judged in single products, but shall be calculated according to the total number of unqualified items accumulated in all samples and determined in the product batch quality. Class B items in Groups 1 and 2 shall be counted as the number of unqualified products, and Class C items in Group 3 shall be counted as the number of unqualified items. 6.4.1.4 Determination of the Quality of Product Batch After all samples are inspected, they shall be judged according to the inspection batch size and batch quality determination group specified in Table 2. If the number of unqualified items in each group of samples is less than or equal to the qualified determination number 4., the batch of products shall be judged to be qualified. If the number of unqualified items in any group is greater than or equal to the unqualified determination number R., the batch of products shall be judged to be unqualified. Regular inspection shall be carried out according to the sampling plan specified in GB/T2829. The discrimination level and unqualified quality level shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 6.4.2.2 Sample extraction QB/T 1573. 1992 The sample to be inspected shall be drawn from the qualified batch or several batches of the batch inspection, and the sample size shall be specified in Table 3. Table 3 6.4.2.3 Determination of the quality of a single product The method specified in 6.4.1.3 of this standard shall be followed. 6.4.2.4 Determination of product cycle inspection After the quality of a single product is determined, the inspection sample size and determination group specified in Table 3 shall be used for determination. If the number of unqualified products in each group of the sample inspection results is less than or equal to the qualified determination number A., the products of the cycle are determined to be qualified. If the number of unqualified products in any group is greater than or equal to the unqualified determination number R., the products of the cycle are determined to be unqualified. 6.5 The inspection batches judged to be unqualified shall be fully inspected by the manufacturer, and re-batch them for inspection after removing the unqualified products. When submitting for re-inspection, the re-inspection records shall be attached. If the re-inspected batch is still judged to be unqualified, the batch of products shall not be accepted again. 6.6 In the inspection batches judged to be qualified, the unqualified products found in the inspection shall be refurbished to qualified products or replaced with similar qualified products. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 The outer packaging should be marked with: Product model, name, quantity: Supply number, article number; Box size: d, net weight, gross weight; Manufacturer name, date of production. 7.2 Storage and transportation graphic signs should comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.3 When packaging the product, the front faces of each two pieces are overlapped, separated by 17g/m white copy paper in the middle, 50 pieces are packed in a box, and the box is sealed after applying 101 anti-rust oil. The certificate mark is affixed to the outside of the box, and then it is packed in a double corrugated paper box, 8 boxes per box, and after sealing, it is tied in the middle of the length direction with a packing tape. 7.4 The product should be kept clean and dry during loading, unloading and transportation, and must not be thrown, rained, or shipped with corrosive items. 7.5 The product must be stored in a dry, ventilated room that is protected from rain and snow. The relative humidity should not exceed 80%. It is prohibited to store it together with corrosive items. 7.6 Product quality should be guaranteed within six months of normal storage.
